This app is useless, it only lists partial information. Does not list all claims and only shows highlights of medical coverage. You must "call for info" to get any details. The only positive would be you can display a temporary use insurance card through the app, otherwise it's a complete waste.

Create an account, get an oops something went wrong error. In today's day and age, tech issues like this are not acceptable. Did a three year old create this app and it's functionality?

Downloaded and tried to set up an account and it won't let me. If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst app ever! Do not waste your time!

Tried to log on but it says "oops...something went wrong. Please try again." Will change my rating if I was able to use the app.

New version is horrible. Can't sort claims by user and can't view deductible/out of pocket balances. I used this app weekly, at least, to keep track of my family. Now, it's worthless. Back to the old version, please!!

Most of the application doesn't work. Ever! I don't understand why they are incapable of fixing the application, it's not like BCBS doesn't have any money. Based on the reviews I've read this has been going on for a while now. Very disappointed in BCBS and there inability to have a functional application. Very sad.

This app has never worked. I cannot understand how an insurance giant like BCBS is unable to create a working app for their clients.

I can create a user ID, but I get an error every time I try to link my plan. This app is utterly worthless.

The updated app does not work, you can't get passed the agreement page. I accept the terms and the app returns to the login page.

Won't allow me to create my account. When trying to create just keeps popping up the word "boo" like it's a freaking joke. Terrible! EDIT Claims they fixed the issue but I still can't register and calling them is a waste. They transfer you in circles.

So the sign up process...sent an email for verification...open email..click link...takes me to a place that says enter your e-mail address so we can send you an email to verify your identity. Typical of Blue Cross Blue Shield. A crap company

The newest version offers less features... Nice interface though blue and white, fancy.

The app is not easy to navigate. I know all the features out there as I have to promote for my job but I can't even find them in the app! It has bugs that never seem to get worked out. I get fed up and go to my computer if it's availble. This app is next to useless.

I've downloaded the app to find PCP for my daughter and for two days straight it has not let me pass the log in page. I can log in through the internet but its so slow I would like to use the convince of the app. Please fix.

This app won't even let you login. It times out every single time. Please have someone fix this so it's actually useable.

The App and your guy's customer service sucks ass. THEY NEVER WORK. No type of payment options, your systems can never register anything. Tired of talking with you guys over the phone. I was charged for a payment now all the sudden it's unpaid for. Your not there to make sure your customers are getting right service or you just don't even care. I'm switching health care providers.

Keep getting message email not formated correctly. I tried entering email every way I could think of and I get the same error message.

It doesn't work. Does not show your deductible, can't make payments, shows an error every time. Not worth it.
