How many times do i need to click on #GETPIN and plz convey the correct msg. Share the perfect information. If app is saying it will delivered to u shortly so the time has to be short. It's been 24 hours still waiting

Guys. Pin issue has nothing to do with this app. Its a workday sync issue. Please update your Mobile No in workday as mobile personal and alternate No as telephone. Make sure you have only one No as Mobile personal. After updating workday please wait for six hours and then try to get pin. This will resolve your issue immediately. Thankyou.

I must say our transport team did amazing by launching this app. Instead calling or waiting for the text, its just a click away. But sometime it lags and stuck. But not so problem aid that. Thanx myT

Hi it's really cool that you have put together the application for transport request from people all over the convergys organization. Kindly rectify connection issues and also make it universal for employees to send in transport request on real time basis.

the present experience of what I am facing is not a good one.... everyday the cab piks me up late and I'm not exaggerating when I'm saying everyday.. so by the time I'm at office, I'm already 40 min as an avg behind my mannd hours...and as per the new rule I dnt get an exception for that...what adds to my irritation is when they come to pick u they will never wait an extra min for u... PUNCTUAL. Again, in case of cold calls they won't give a single exception...no matter how much they screw our mannd hours...the transport shud also get cold calls every time they spoil our office hours and Rs 250 for 1 cold call+ expenses of arranging own transport for the day+loose points on score card.... really disgusting and feels as if the only tendency of the policy maker was to save company money by raping the monetary shitt out of its employees...and for heaven's sake u have to report 5 hours prior if u need to cancel a cab...hahahahahahahaha in short the transport management policy "PARDON MY LANGUAGE"

From past 6 days I am trying to generate pin but no use I am new joinee and I got my employee code and also update in my work day but still from past 6 days I am not able to receive code number so atleast I can see my roster and pickup information.. Unhappy with this app

I have been requesting for the new pin everytime it says, it will be shorty delivered but no response yet. Kindly rectify.!!

Need to rectify the issues of generating pin.... Its been more than 3 day still didn't get the pin.

App works fine after updating phone number in WorkDay. Set phone number to Personal in workday and then only you'll receive the pin. :)

No need to wait for call or message we can get the best deal time update and status of the cab... Very useful app thanks to Myt for such a wonderful act

This app doesn't even deserve one star. You will never receive the pin. Total crap

Transport representatives are not helpful at all. No use of feedbacks and suggestions in the app.

Cannot login ask to check employee id.

This app is not working properly.

With real-time tracking, ability to raise an unschedule and the option to check the roster on the go, this app is excellent. Way to go Convergys.
