hcp+ provides HCPC registered professionals, and prospective registrants, with a framework for managing their CPD records, online and using their smart phone.
This app lets our account holders manage their CPD records using their tablet and smartphone adding value to our web based software service. hcp+ is a tool for HCPC registered professionals. It allows you to log, describe, sort and evidence CPD in line with the HCPC CPD standards. Using our software your CPD Log and Profile are online and accessible, wherever and whenever you have web access. Networking on hcp+ means shared CPD activity only has to be logged once to appear on all participants’ records, saving time and building professional collaboration. With hcp+ you are HCPC audit ready and your CPD Profile is available at the push of a button.
Following a 30 day trial period users can select from two paid plans. They can pay a monthly subscription of £1.99 per month, or an annual subscription of £1.49 per month.
Students receive a longer free trial period (13 months) to support them into full registration as a HCPC registered professional.

Reading some of the other reviews made me want to write my own comment here. *Pros* So being honest - I hate writing CPD logs, and the impending threat of being one of the unlucky few chosen to send off their CPD records has never been quite enough to overcome my loathing of writing up reflections on my learning after training events or reading etc. I started using this app after a friend recommended it and whilst it hasn't transformed me over night - I have now written an introductory profile (thanks to simplified series of text boxes with helpful prompts) and even put a few logs in after training events. Needless to say this would not have happened before. Yes you could do this using google docs or even just writing it up in word. But lets face it, having the ability to collate it in one place, with feedback on the frequency of activity, with a one click generated profile (which you would then just attach and send) - for the price of a coffee each month? (hmm, so the reviewer who seems to question paying for this service - would you expect to get your coffee for free?) *Even Better if?* I would love to see the addition of an email reminder - to prompt me to use it

good idea, with potential, but monthly forevers subscription model, really?? no mention of cost in description or signup process, that's not right. Feels like a web app, looks dated & does not conform to android design/operation experience. why not store data in own cloud, eg Drive or Dropbox?

This is so easy to use and looks so professional. I work in a busy emergency department as an Advanced Paramedic and I need something quick and easy to record my learning and CPD activities. I love the fact I only need to press one button if called for audit.

This could be very useful and I'm sure would get far more downloads and use if it didn't cost £17+ per year. The additional clause which states there may also be additional charges on top of the overpriced subscription fee is off putting. If this app had a lower cost subscription or was included in HCPC annual membership cost then I would use and recommend this app to others.
