Since the latest update, when I request to download the HD picture it shows HD but never downloads it. If you go to he website the HD image is there. The app never downloads it.

Prior to the latest update I had no issues with the app. It worked great. After the uodate it deleted all of my saved pics, even after authenticating and now will now rotate to landscape mode and worse it shuts down everytime I tap on a pic to enlarge it. Seems like you alll did not tets it sufficiently.

It can use way too much data- in one day with less than 20 pictures total I used over 3 GB. I learned, with the great support of Spartan, that this was because I did not allow SD card access permission- (settings, app manager, GoWireless, permissions). Do this or you may incur huge data use. Without the permission, the app was constantly trying to download an image all night, so it was like streaming video all night long......otherwise the app is very handy!

App works bad on Samsung s5 works worse on new pixel xl

Ever since the update the app isnt worth a darn. Constantly crashing. What good is an expensive cam when the app wont let you view the pics

This app no longer works after recent updates. It no longer automatically notifies me of motion triggers unless I launch the app, and with the most recent update, the app crashes when I try to view any photos. These problems completely negate the reasons for me purchasing this particular camera.

Stops working. Since they updated. If u get more than 20 pics. Go back to the old version.

The app worked great originally but it then stopped working properly. I downloaded it again and it worked for a little while. I removed it to download it again and it will not download at all.

Pretty much worthless, just set your camera to auto and forgo the app entirely.

This new version crashes all the time. It will only let me look at one camera. If I look at the other camera it crashes. This is on my samsung. On my iPad it works just fine.

Give us the old version of the app back. This one is terrible. The camera is great but this software is an embarrassment.

App crashing everytime I select a photo. HD photos never come in HD now, used to with old app. It's hunting season...we need it fixed or it defeats purpose of camera...

Absolutely sucks! Constantly crashes. Wth give back the old version!! This new one is HORRIBLE!!!

App worked great. Summer update made it crash a lot. Whatever just happened made it unopenable on my devices.

If you had the camera sending photos to your email or text, after installing the app the conversation will disappear from your phone. I tried locking the conversation, but the app overrides it. (Just went through a complete master reset of phone and fixed problem) Please remove the app's ability to modify my texts. I like getting the immediate notification of new photos in text format. Also app will not connect to server to receive status report. Open info and log to see all the connection errors. Has issues connecting to server and send/retrieve status report. Plan to delete app and go back to webpage operation.

This app sucks, camera is a great app sucks old version was better now it crashes all the time I can only view my pictures via thumbnails what's the point

The app is garbage. When I delete a picture the app crashes. The camera trigger is Slow and a lot of pictures are blurry.

App keeps crashing and won't download the photos from my camera anymore or change the camera settings.

This app only works half the time. It's always crashing. It only get half the pictures the camera takes.

This app sucks last year it worked great been using the new version for a month and it's been ok only problem was when I click on a photo a different one come up but now it just crash's and everything disappears..

Ever since the new app it doesn't work properly. Can only look at thumbnails of my pics. Old version was much better

Been waiting a month for this to work on Android phone Moto Z, please get it fixed need it asap!!!!

Good camera

The previous version worked great. Now it's nothing but error codes and it doesn't send hd pics when requested! Seriously fix this or go back to the old version!

After nearly two years of using a camera that sent pics via text message, we got several Spartan GoCams. The app makes it so much easier to view and manage photos and manage cameras than using text messaging did.

Neat app! As mentioned by Carl Brown, I did have to enable storage permissions on my Nexus 5x (Android 6) to make it work properly,

You get a higher resolution than texts and they are all right there in one folder. Love this app

App makes it so easy to change settings and view your pictures.. S6 Active.

After a day, the team was very helpful and got it fixed. Hint: If you have the latest version, check your app permissions. Mine got turned off after upgrade or install so it wouldn't write to local storage.

I had a problem with the update and their customer service took the time to get it fixed with me. Useful update.

So glad I got away from the Covert Cam junk!This app works as it should and I receive my pic almost 1 min after camera snaps one!!Requesting HD pics is also a really nice feature.Hd pics look excellent!!Also changing cam settings thru app is a plus to.Hco the way to go!!

This camera is now working beautifully. Well worth every penny.
