Fake app..... I have answered many question from public forum but on my dashboard it's showing only only one question.. And Rs0.. On sign up I got email for 10rs per question but I got zero till now..is this a fake app

I had answered a lot many questions on public forum but paid questions still not came whats the procedure nothing showed in app interface is not so friendly no place to suggest any attachment to patient like any picture or article something might b fake app.... Sorry to say till now I never recieved any help from your side..

Not yet received payment. In my earnings page it is showing rs 70. How can I get the earnings?

This is a sham....i earned around 1000 odd rupees and all of a sudden it came back to zero....no intimation as to how one could claim the earned money...this is completely bogus...spending time on it is total waste....really pissed me off....

I registered on this app. And answered may public questions but earned nothing... And there is not any way to look ratings of my answers

Yes your app is user friendly. Quality and offering in the service is excellent.

Paid queries are not being shown or shown late after 3 to 4 hours of being asked.also new update has overlapped texts.

Updated today but doesn't have any new features..it still the same old features with same previous concerns

I am not able to login now. Before that there was problem with display for which I have unintalled the app but it is not working at all. You people should solve this problem now.

Many flaws but HCM trying to fix. Improvements such as explaining the difference to public on difference between free,gp,or specialist needed. We need to know where everyone is coming from to provide culturally appropriate answers on the free questions.If you are having problems make certain you are using Android.

I am not able to change my details on this app, phone number, bank details etc. Please advise

The app should have add appointment option as in website to make it more usable for the doctors...

The application is too basic. Need a button to quickly go to home page. Need exit button also. Every time I press back button, the app goes one page at a time. Very frustrating. Take immediate action developers.

Hi application is good but some issues are there. Can not update profile from app. Do not get premium questions option only get 3 option.

I have a strange issue with this app. I demonstrated it to a colleague on her cell phone, obviously logging out in the end. Now she has registered herself, but even though she's logged in with her email and password she gets my notifications on new questions and follow ups. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail. Also it would be nice to see past history of questions, seeing other questions users asked is problematic as well. Overall not as functional like the website.

We can't see history as we can see on web browser. Also can't see who see our profile..

Mobile app doesn't have option of 1.seeing your public/premium questions while on the go..so one cannot see previous replies if he/she is travelling. It has been 2 months now and still no outcome regarding history option

Please add option to edit 'returned question' and also the option to 'report a problem' and 'invite a friend'. Otherwise app is nice.

I don't think doctors should answer at such websites. This is managed by some bunch of fools who do not hold any responsibility for these hard working doctors. They have every term and conditions suitable for them. If they have question they will call you in mid night. If you have any questions they will continue to ignore it. I worked for them and realized that this is not a worth site to work. You can not get anything from them except wastage of your time. Dr Santra
