I love this app because all listings are current and it updates its listings every 24 hour

Why create an app people can't use

This app is great for find a great brandnew home

I't doesn't work keeps reloading..I've Uninstalled and installed it 3x already

To be able to count on all listings and accurate taxes through an MLS is irreplaceable

Input is very slow, almost feels unresponsive. Keying in a city brings back way too many areas. It would be better to group a bigger area together and maybe there is but I lost patience waiting. All other apps and internet are on my WiFi so that's not the problem

Love the app, although some functions can use improvement such as searching by filter. If I put in a price range, number of bedrooms, etc., it always comes back with no listings, although I find tons using the map.

I appreciate that this app has accurate MLS data, but the interface is ugly and doesn't follow Android design guidelines. It's obviously a lazy port of an iOS app. One screen has 3 back buttons and the normal one doesn't even work!

Stopped being able to see pictures .kind of pointless without the visual aspect. Before this happened I rather enjoyed it. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstall the images still don't show. Dissapointed.

This is so easy to use and finds the homes around you using GPS. It's fun and easy and you can see what your neighbors places are selling for too.

Great app. Only thing I would change, as an agent I would like a way to share the app via text or email. Once that happens I will give it 5 stars.

An agent had me download it. It's a darned clumsy app; it's much easier to peruse Trulia.

You cannot use this app unless you have a vip code from an agent. This is a waste to download.

App shows no photos for any listings after most recent update, even when the same listing has multiple photos on the site itself. Renders the app completely useless.

Overall a good app. I would like to see larger pictures, and the ability to have the driving directions go straight to my GPS for navigation.

Garbage. Search results are inaccurate. Always listing homes more expensive than the price perameters I input. Junk.

Best app when shopping for a home! No more Zillow ,Trulia , Realtor. Now I can shop and not have realtors blowing up my phone and email.

So pretty much useless unless you're already working with a realtor, and if you are and using this app a ton, then your realtor isn't really doing their job. You're doing it for them, and they get the commission. That this is invite only should be CLEARLY stated and easily seen, not buried in all the details about the app.

Will only look in your greater area that the sponsor broker works in. Gives a lot of great information but needs to allow full screen pictures. The tiny pictures send me to other sites to get a better look. Find near me option locks back to target location whenever you look around, which is kinda annoying.

Extremely easy to use. Was able to list specific needs. Couldn't have been easier to navigate.

Let's me search real time with accurate-real time-results! No more Zillow selling my info! Way more reliable. Thank you Victorian Finance and my realtor for being so forward thinking! The VIP code lets me know my info is safe and not being sold. I love that my searches are available to my realtor & lender! I really feel a trusted bond with them helping find my dreamhome. Its the 3 of us against the world, helping to find the perfect home. No more miscommunication-now we r always on the same page!

Everyone uses the web to look for homes. I have tried all the apps and this one is by far superior. In regard to the other reviews.... Good Realtors do so much more than find property. They determine accurate value, becoming your advocate and negotiate contracts and inspection repairs. You do need a code from a Realtor because unlike other home search engines, this one is accurate and versatile. It also costs the Realtors and mortgage companies who provide it to their best clients free of charge.

I downloaded this app as my husband and I are trying to keep an eye on the local market so we can purchase a home in the next year or so. They say in the description that it's usable for those of us who are "just looking". As soon as the app starts it requires a "VIP Code" that we must get from a realtor. No. Just no. We have no want or need to speak to a realtor at this stage which is why I'm looking at apps. This app is not for those "just looking".
