HBL Mobile

Never logged in. Whenever i try to login it says "your account has been locked due to multiple invalid attempts, reset your password from login screen". However i am able to login via web browser. Tried resetting the password multiple times but of no use. Hating and uninstalling!!!

Being one of the largest banking networks in Pakistan HBL has to work a lot for the betterment of their mobile banking app. It was good in first three or four days of installation this app but now it has become worse. No a single transaction is happening through this app. Always says "network error." And it is request to give reply for the comments of users because they spend their some time for you...value others time..

I was quite happy with hbl mobile app though it will not cover all my requirement but was good enough... after updation its become very slow.... very bad

I updated it today...its just pathetic....while processing transaction it says network problem, although I m using warid LTE...its take too many time on log in...and after log in no SMS comes....hate it

Today i have updated the app. Updation makes this app worse for me. It shows repeatedly Network Error. V poor reaponse after update. Please rectify this error at the earliest.

Cant even register myself. Also called bank as well they said they dont have any issues from there side. But from this app cant even register.

You should purchase from IT COMPANY which deals with such app. I am not surprised coz as a nation we are not honest!

Used to work fine but now from a month, I can't pay for prepaid mobile bill, haven't tried anything else but that's what I needed and now it's not working "transaction cannot be processed at this moment" c'mon it's been a month, fix it already!

That is very bad that without updates it didn't work. Please make sure it work without updates because there are some places where 3G internet is not available. So my suggestion is to make it work without updates

After recent update its 2 much slow. Even its nt connected.when pay ptcl bill it doesnt pay Check this problem

A new consumer number is acceptable in the app, but repayment is not allowed in next month, also i am unable to remove my consumer number from biller

Very slow speeeddddddddddd &post paid sim pr 500 say km balnce ni hota 200 tk lay ao plz..

Now after update my credit card details are not being opened and it signs out saying "session expired", even it was login thirty seconds before, every time I tried. Like Bank like app. Please hire some quality IT staff if you can.

I've been trying to access my account but 5 hours have been passed away couldn't. I don't know why this only happens with HBL app. SCB app is excellent and never hangs. I need to know why?

Extremely slow app, network error occurs while logging in. And paying utility bills takes forever, developers should adress these problems.

I have a problem in adding beneficiary. After entering acc and cell number, it asks to enter otp received through sms, but there is no sms received, what should I do?

Loading takes a lot of time especially when you have to pay bills. At the same time, application of Meezan Bank works fine at same internet speed.

Whenever i try to make a transaction, when i proceed it always shows an error. This is the SMS i get: "You have not been able to carry out transaction at HBL Mobile on xx/xx/2017 00:00:00. For further assistance, please call HBL PhoneBanking 111-111-425 ".

While login aap not accepting my ID and Password which is i am using in HBL web login, during registration after given all my details SMS verification process failed after few minutes, Aap wasting too much time and energy of consumer.

It's a very basic app for account related things... Need too much improvements. And a improved decent UI too.

Main Apna mastercard online shoping ky liye kiyoun nahi use kar paa raha... jahan bhi Apna card number darj karta hoon.. to incorrect mastercard info ka error Aa jaya jab keh sab details bil-kul 100%right hai.

On minimizing app logg off it should not please update 2nd Already added bills must be accessible on one click every time we go through some steps to reach added bills

WTF!!! After The Last UpdaTe The App just Lags please make it improve it take approximately 2-4 god damn minutes in juSt Logging in At LTE Connection

Aftet updating today taking too long to login, couldnt even check my balance from morning, and also no sms alert on loging id, plz fix this asap

On tapping deals and discounts button, message pop up shows up saying "fetching featured deals" and after 2 seconds app crashed

When u desperately need this app.. it will not work.. error occured.. when i tried to add beneficiary detail it require otc code..but no code recieved through txt or email.. just wait wait wait untill session ended..

I like your application but registration session is not let me login you need to work more on it.. Make it more informative and easy .Thx

I can't login even my user name and password is correct. Server is not responding and takes indefinite time and all last hang n disconnect

Worst app, how to select date from 1950's? No option to write the date directly, also unable to verify phone number, no msg received

Overall nice interface to access your account in seconds...but still need improvment in order to remove connectivity problems...

After clicking on register on my note2 I'm unable to add month there is only January in months list.

After update App gone sucks... HBL developers must solve this issue as soon as possible. Very slow to login network error etc etc

Save my time and energy now i no longer stand on lines to pay my bills and every time check my account balance from ATM good job HBL.

Very useful app. User id and password for hbl website dont work here. You have to start fresh (y)

Oo bahi kia kar diya hai..yeh kia update kia app ne..jab se update kia hai network problem ..theek karo iss ko..

I will try to open my account from the morning but I can't access to my account. What's wrong guys ?
