Neden Hayır

Saray/AKP ve Bahçeli blokunun tek adamlık dayatması Meclis’ten geçti! Açık oy kullanma, fişleme, erken seçim tehdidi, bakanlık havucu gibi şantaj ve tehdidin tüm yöntemleri kullanıldı. Muhalefete, saksı fırlatmaktan, fiili saldırıya kadar her tür saldırı yapıldı. Bu ortamda Meclis kendi feshine yol açacak anayasa değişikliğini onayladı!
Referandum OHAL altında gerçekleştirilecek. Belli ki Saray/AKP rejimi, 7. ayına giren OHAL’i muhalefeti susturmanın ve halkı sindirmenin bir aracı olarak kullanacak. Tıpkı 12 Eylül anayasa referandumunda cuntacıların yaptığı gibi AKP de sivil darbe anayasasını OHAL baskısına dayanarak geçirmeye çalışacak.
İşimiz zor ama OHAL koşullarında bile bu ülkenin namuslu, dürüst insanlarının tek adam diktasının onayına izin vermeyeceğine inanıyoruz.

Tek adam rejimi kurulacak, tek adam hem hükümet, hem Meclis, hem de mahkeme olacak. Rejim değişecek. Cumhuriyet fi ilen ortadan kalkacak.

Başkan olan kişi aynı zamanda bir partinin genel başkanı olacak. Devlet parti devleti olacak. Başkan senin partinden değilse devlet kapısında yerin olmayacak.
• MECLİSİN TASVİYESİNE HAYIR!
Başkan kanun yerine geçen kararname çıkarabilecek, Meclisi fesih edebilecek. Meclisin ve milletvekillerinin etkisi ve yetkisi olmayacak. Her şeye bürokrasi hakim olacak. Seçtiğin milletvekilinden hizmet isteyemeyeceksin.
• SORUMSUZ YÖNETİME HAYIR!
