OmniLogic for Android
Still missing alot of critical feature that the web page has. Example sense and dispense readings. No way to see the top levels with salt cell off.
Worst app ever, doesn't do anything correctly, freezes every time I use it. Currently seeking an alternative to run my pool.
Missing a lot of features. Misleading in what it does.
Never works
App works well, a few glitches new systems need massaging, just need to keep up to date
From the day I installed this app it hasn't worked. I uninstalled it multiple times, reinstalled and still nothing. I spent close to $1,500 on the panel because of this feature and now I'm stuck with this.
App rarely works.. WAY TOO MUCH $ for a product not to work every time FLAWLESSLY! VERY disappointed in the OMNILOGIC system and app.
User input needs a lot of work. First off improper use of back button. Back button will always log you out. This is horrible. Instead there is another back button on the screen which will actually go back a menu. This is not natural for an android user. Also the button input needs a lot of work. Click the line with the pump and it will turn on / off. Click the icon on the same line and it will goto more detailed view where you can turn it on and if along with setting the speed.
When the Hayward rep initially came and set me up in December their servers were down. More recently it's been down all weekend. I phoned support and they said no one could help until Monday. Hayward needs to invest in more redundant severs and a better support process (ie automation whereby their IT receives an email if the server goes down and can remotely reboot it). In it's current state, I don't recommend investing in such an expensive system that's unreliable/inconsistent and under-supported.
Great app but would love to have the ability to just punch a button to turn spa on for a specific length of time... I. E. 30 min 45 min etc.. Then automatically go back to pool mode.
Loved it
This well be a game changer in the industry!!!
Hayward Pool Products really went to the extreme with there newest equipment Omnilogic, with a great easy to use app to control everything.

It's OK for basic viewing of information. The UI, unfortunately, mirrors the MSP display on the Omni, which is an extremely non-intuitive interface. I'm missing a couple of features that would improve the utility of this app. I can't see the solar temperature, but can on the web site, and I can't change the priority hours for heater, which I can only do on the actual Omni box for some reason.
