Haystack TV: Local & World News - Free

Love the idea guys. This is will be the future of channel news for sure. I think you still need to show more relevant news, after watching 5 or 6 videos I am already seeing uninteresting content for me. Nevertheless I'll use it more and see if it gets better as I like and unlike things.

Wow! I was sceptical about this application due to many other poor apps claiming to do "this" and give you "that", and only to come up sub par, but this is refreshingly true to what they advertise. Great job Haystack you have a regular steady viewer now! Thank you for this excellent work!!!!

Stopped paying for cable and i get everything i need to know from haystack. Its better than cable. Catetered to you. I LOVE this app and i highly recommend it!

Great APP

A wonderful idea, and a sleek app. However, the news sources in this app are painfully US centric, even if you set your location in a completely different part of the world. Great when your an American oblivious to the rest of the world, useless to anybody else.

I'm a new user of this wonderful app, I've been looking for something like this for years and so far so good with this one. There are quite a few apps who do an audio version of this but this is the first one I see for video with such an intuitive interface. If I sound a bit overexcited it's simply that I am very picky about apps and this is one hasn't done a thing to disappoint...... Yet :)

Very good video aggregate app. I hate YouTube. Search feature could be improved (it only uses hashtags).

This app crashes a lot. After 2 years the only change is the addition of commercials. Videos repeat often.

It doesn't update and give you today's stories all I'm getting is days old stories

Ads are repetitive, intrusive and annoying. Might as well watch broad cast TV.

I miss watching the news this helped me catch up on things i think are important thanks.

I so wanted to quickly and easily click on vids buttons to say 'nope' or 'yep' regarding it's content. The more I use it, the less I like it. Jes now I watched a vid and surely needed to comment on it. Sure couldn't find a quick way. Also, I can't find a way to stop it from auto-playing the next story, or to turn off captioning.

Thanks for the updates but they didn't resolve my issue of perma-buffering. When sending the Haystack app through Chromecast it is unwatchable due to a buffer issue. I.e.: starts playing story #1 for 4 second and up comes buffer wheel. It starts playing at a lower frame rate (due to download speed I'm guessing). Now it goes to news story #2 buffers then strait skips that news story, now story #3 and buffer then skips it, now #4 same thing on and on. So all in all your app is pure broken. I dunno if it's Ad play that's torquing your app into the abyss... But yeah, your app was baws when it was newer. Using: s7 edge unlocked w/latest 7.0 (Verizon).

Has too many left wing agenda news stations. NBC, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS. Always gives a one sided news story!

To liberal in all or most of there news outlets.
