يلا زياد غزال (بالإنجليزية: Hayla Ziyad Ghazal من مواليد 24 يوليو عام 1995 دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة ) وهي ذات أصول وجذور سورية تنحدر من مدينة حلب ومعروفة في عالم منشئي المحتوى والتدوين الرقمي على صعيد الوطن العربي وشمال أفريقيا باسم (هيلا تي في) وتكتب رسمياً (Hayla TV) وهي سفيرة ضمن برنامج التغيير التابع لالأمم المتحدة سنة 2016 وناشطة اجتماعية وحقوقية في تمكين المرأة والمساواة بين الجنسين وتعرف أيضاً أنها ممثلة كوميدية ودرامية وممثلة أفلام قصيرة وممثلة إعلانات، وعارِضة ومصممة ومنسقة أزياء، وكاتبة صحفية، ومذيعة، ومقدمة برامج على يوتيوب خرجت من الجامعة الأمريكية في دبي وحصلت على درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة والتسويق، ثم افتتحت في يوليو 2014 مجموعتها الخاصة هيلا كوتور للأزياء (بالإنجليزية: Hayla Couture) في الإمارات، والمتخصصة في فستان الزفاف وأطلقت أول عرض أزياء لها في مارس 2015 كما وكان لها عدة مشاركات تختص بالأزياء والموضة على عدة منصات في يوتيوب. أطلقت قناتها الرسمية على يوتيوب (Hayla TV) في 25 ‏يونيو 2013 وحققت نجاحاَ على مستوى الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، حيث وصل عدد المشاهدين لمجموع فديوهاتها هيلا وعصام إلى أكثر من نصف مليار مشاهد وتحتوي قناتها على أكثر من 3 ملاين مشترك بالفترة مابين 2013 إلى 2017 وأطلقت أيضاَ في منتصف شهر أبريل 2017 قناتها الثانية على يوتيوب (its Hayla) الناطقة باللغة الإنجليزية وهي امتداد لقنتها الأولى من ناحية المواد المطروحة والمحتوى المصاحب لها والتي سوف تكون موجة لمنطقة الولايات المتحدة في رصيدها التمثيلي فيلمين قصيرين هما فيلم مانيكان وفيلم هذيان والذي تم إنتاجهما سنة 2014 ، وقدمت في أبريل 2013 مسرحية واحدة في بداية مشوارها بعنوان ( الزوجة الملولة في يونيو 2016 أصدرت مسلسل بعنوان ( مذكرات مراهقة ) والمكون من 8 حلقات خلال شهر رمضان 1437 هـ، وخلال الأعوام السابقة عُيّنَت سفيرة لعدة علامات تجارية شهيرة وكان أبرزها شركة ( باسكن روبنز )، وشركة ( برجر كنج ) كما وكان لها ظهور على عدد من المجلات والصحف والتي تناولت مواضيع عن حياتها ومشاريعها في صناعة المحتوى وكان أبرز ظهور لها في أكتوبر 2016 على غلاف مجلة Inc.
