Hay House Radio

I love you guys, but I am on Android and I have absolutely no sound. I will take cutting out over this. Sept. 11, 2017 - Downloaded the update and it still doesn't work. No sound and constant buffering.

Installed twice 9/16. Worked once for a bit but I was using my home WiFi. On the go, not at all. No sound through Android. I give up.

I reinstalled the app to get the latest version as per your instructions. Still no sound on Android. Other suggestions? I miss being able to use the app.

FINALLY an update! All player issues appear to be resolved!

No sound and I also have an android phone. Is there a fix? I have reinstalled which did nothing to fix the proplem.

I used to really enjoy the app however on my Samsung I have no sound so to my disappointment I've uninstalled the app.

Suddenly no sound... Tried everything to fix it... nothing.

No sound on my android though it is updated. Uninstalling. Not worth the stress.

It's a shame that it cuts out every 9 seconds on my Android. I Really wish they would fix it. I miss listening to my favorite authors

Had to uninstall app turns on by itself. First time was during an important phone call that I couldn't find any open notices in Soundbar Etc that I could turn it off. Second time was soon after that when I went to App Store to uninstall. Again no icons on drop-down bar, or things to shut it off without going into the app itself

Silly me went and updated the app and now it won't open at all. I've uninstalled and re-installed numerous times, restarted my phone, even removed the battery and put it back in. Still won't work! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! UPDATE AUGUST 30TH, 2017 Same BS. It was working fine then it started having issues where it would stop working or wouldn't work at all. Uninstalled then re-installed and as soon as it said that a short cut had been added to my home screen another thing pops up saying "We're sorry but Hayhouse Radio has stopped working and has been closed". Seriously???

Would be a great app if it didn't cut out after 5 seconds. Really disappointing. Love Hay house. Pretty sure they have the funds and resources to put together a better quality app.

Turn on by itself and only plays about 30 seconds on turns off. Love Hay House radio but the app doesn't work.

can't shut it off can only pause it and it keeps turning itself back on

I would love to listen to Hay House without having to go to the computer and listen through the website. Unfortunately, that's what I'm now doing, because this app cuts out audio 1 min 30 seconds after my screen goes dark. I shouldn't have to keep the screen on in order to listen. It was SOOOO much easier when Hay House radio was available on Tune In. On the plus side, the app is beautiful, and it gives you the ability to view the upcoming schedule.

Hayhouse updated their app: It sucks. Broadcasts for 10 seconds, if you can even get the app to open without crashing. They need to hire a new tech depart. The 1st app by Oceanhouse was flawless and worked for years. Annoyingly, the broadcast from the app starts & stops on its own continuously. I notified hayhouse & their answer was use Chrome, instead of the app. Then what's the point of having an app ??? The old app worked perfectly for years.

I would have given this app 5 stars if it didn't cut off every 10 seconds. Literally...every 10 seconds. It must be a bug because this never happened before. Please fix the bugs ASAP. Until then I will uninstall this app and use my computer instead... It's useless.

I normally love listening to the Hay House app! For some reason on my android phone the sound cuts off after about 10 seconds and does not go back on. This has been happening for days now and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall a number of times and the same problem is happening. Please fix soon as I really miss listening to Hay House Radio!

Sounds like I'm having the same problem everyone else is who is trying to enjoy the wonderful Hay House Radio on their Android phone. After about 10 seconds of listening the sound cuts off I have uninstalled the app and reinstall the app and it is still not working.

Sometimes I have audio, sometimes not. I am on a Samsung S3 notebook phone. When I have audio it will still play when the screen goes dark. I wish there was some consistency with this app. Very aggravating. Also I have checked to make sure that the mute button is not on so this is Halyhouse problem.

I looove listening to Hay House but really do not like this app as it doesn't work!! First it was cutting out after a couple of minutes now I get no sound at all!! Please fix it!!

I've had this app for a long time and it was working fine but it has been stopping after a few seconds recently. I really enjoy hay house and am disappointed it isn't working properly at this time. Hope it can be fixed.

I love Hay House Radio! I listen everyday but now I can only listen on my computer. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. Maybe the app is not setup to play on my phone anymore? I'm not sure but it cuts off after a few seconds now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it doesn't fix the issue. I hope this is a temporary bug that can be fixed. I love the content on HHR. I will still listen on my computer :)

Love hay house and would love to listen without constant drop outs. Very frustrating every 45 seconds. Was fixed but not anymore. Please rectify

Latest issue with this app, as reported by many others, is the audio cutting out after a few seconds and not coming back. Like other disgruntled listeners, I do wish this app could be fixed once and for all. Perhaps start over from scratch?

The sound stops after 10 sec. On my Samsung Phone. I have to stop and press play for it to buffer. Then it repeats the process again.

Love love hayhouse... but can't listen to app, audio cuts out constantly every few minutes, or completely upon opening. Wish I could listen to it!

I love the this channel but the app has gotten consistently unusable over time. Wish it would be updated to a fully functioning application.

Are you ever going to fix the problem re; the radio playing as and when it fancys??????? I have to keep on uninstal/reinstall all the time....

This app just starts up whenever it wants! It won't turn off. Uninstalled!

Love hay house, dislike having to restart sound every 3 mins. Today doesn't work for 3 seconds....what is going on?

Cant listen if app needs to be refreshed every 8 seconds to rebuffer. Was a great app until buffering issue.
