HiTel FCU’s MyMobile for Android
App is useless... transfers within your own accounts only? We should be able to transfer to whomever has HTFCU account and App should have check deposits.
I been using this bank for years and I love them!! App is stupid and outdated compared to other banks online services and apps. I was emailed and notified that I would be able to deposit checks through apps but apparently that was a bunch of B.S. and nothing but low reviews in app stores and no response from anybody is to show the type of quality care these developers go for. I always have issues logging into my account with you guys for 2 accounts that I have with you guys. Please get it together guys better the app or take it off the market until it is actually becomes a quality app worthy of being on our devices.
Need to be upgraded
Unable to get past the security question. Asks the same question repetitively even when I enter the right answer. Tried this on 2 separate occasions and same results both times. I'm about ready to give up on this app.

Ughh..first time signing up & it doesn't give me an option if I'm new or not..keeps asking me to sign in..Would really love to work. Please update..ASAP

As soon as I log off, its almost as if I gotta go through a whole PW reset to acces my account via this mobile app...and if a reset is required, it HAS to be done from a computer, then I have to "uninstall" and re "install" this app before logging in. There definitely has to be a better way...
Its not like having the bank in the palm of your hand if I can't do mobile banking and deposit my checks through here like Bank of Hawaii let's me do. FIX THIS PLEASE. It would be nice as someone currently out of state for work to use this & keep my funds in my Hawaii banks

The endless security questions are definitely too much. There's no reason why you should know all that information. Not worth all the bullshit for a 3.7 rated app.
Been using this apps for quiet sometimes now. It's quick easy and also well encrypted. I don't mind answering the millions questions to protect my ID& cash!
Really need to fix this mobile app....i cant transfer money over it says error most of the time and right now i cant even get into the app.
WTF IS UP WITH THE ENDLESS REPETITIVE SECURITY QUESTIONS???? IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! I UNDERSTAND THE SECURITY MEASURES BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! LOG ME TF IN ALREADY...OR GET THIS APP OFF OF MOBILE BECAUSE IT'S USELESS FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME WHO CAN'T REMEMBER MY USERNAME!!!

Sometimes it works when trying to log in somtimes it doesnt let me at all. Would be more nice if we could see ahead of time when we have a deposit coming in. Goodluck if you mispell your password they will lock you out and you have to call customer service and create a whole new log in.
Its temperamental. Been trying access the app for 2 days now and it keeps saying 'System Error'. It is thoroughly annoying. Please fix.

Re-installed app on new phone. For some odd reason it's not the same. There's no longer a Log Off/Out button. Kinda scary to me if you just use phone's close app option

It literally asked me a loop of security questions for 10 straight minutes to confirm my identity, and then still never let me into my account. HiTel please fix!
Really would like to use this app. But asking me 10 million security identity questions is ridiculous! C'mon tech team fix this s***!! So us customers can actually use it. Thanks.

I cannot xfer funds from savings to checking but I can xfer to my Christmas account. Go figure.... Haven't tried to do anything else.

Loving the app so far. Very simple navigation. Does what it's built for. This will make balance transfers and managing my accounts so much faster. If I wasn't looking for a mobile app I would never have known hitelfcu had one. You should advertise this app more.

I use to be able to deposit checks but now even that function doesn't work, tried 3 different times for the same check.....FAIL!!!!! App only good for checking account balance. HITELFCU if you care about your customers, FIX ALL THE ISSUES!!!!!
