Addison Lee – Car Service

I like the service and most drivers I've had are great only two downfalls I've had is for some reason my card isn't accepted so I always have to pay by cash and when booking the cab I can't move the pin to my exact location apart from that.. it's great!

I like their services very much. They send me SMS when a driver is allocated and when he arrives. So no need to keep the app open. Would be better if the driver's name is included on SMS as the driver details link on it never seems to work on my phone. Don't like "BOOK RETURN" button at the bottom on the tracking screen. Once I must have touched it accidentally (AND managed to touch the order button) when saying goodbyes to people and ended up with another cab turning up the other end at the same time. Those buttons dangerously close to your thumb! But the excellent customer services sorted out and refunded me the £10 cancellation fee :)

Never had any problems with the app or the company. Cabs have always turned up om time amd drivers have been excellent.

I recommend it all the time. Also use it for my daily bookings. Would be nice if you didn't have to reenter all your details when you click 'repeat booking'. It's moo

Bit expensive and can't give precise pick up details without ringing driver but comfortable cars and the drivers don't look part of a grooming gang.

Continuously runs and crashes in the background so uninstalling it now. Sucky.

Good quality app, great drivers. Slight quirks for me are that it's sometimes reluctant to find certain addresses. Can tip in the app, but sometimes you can miss the chance, and then it's too late. Doesn't seem to be a problem with uber, where you can tip on an old journey.

Excellent app. Only one odd thing with inputting postcodes when you add a new payment card. It doesn't like spaces or something like that

It's simple and very quick to use. The only thing that doesn't work very well is the geo location feature, to find the address your at but other than that its brilliant!!

Bit expensive than ubar. But it's worth it. Much better than ubar

When using promo code for new users, app says it needs credit card number. After adding it, says promo code not valid.

Grt app and good people I mean the drivers and the other staff that works and some of them are really intelligent while im talking with some of them and they are so friendly ????????

Why in the hell would this app need access to the camera? Ridiculous.

Can't register so can't use. Constant error messages.

Difficult to edit the comments section when commenting on the driver.

Very pleased with friendly service, clean and comfy cars and prompt Christmas day service. Will use AL again.

Booked a van, £18. Three days later they email me saying there's a £5 wait charge. Called customer service, they claim driver waited 0935 to 1000. Funny that, I called on the day asking where the van was, they told me it didn't arrive until 1004. Liars. PayPal chargeback in progress. First and last time using these jokers.

By far the most reliable app. By far the best service to use if you want to move around LONDON without any issues.

Usually from my house to waterloo is a fare of about £26. I checked it a couple of days ago and it still was that price. Today i was going to book and the fare was risen to £31. Then I got a text with £5 off as October offer to use before the end of the month. You're so smart guys..

Very pleased with the app and the service so far. I do wish all the cars & drivers smelt clean & fresh all of the time. Even though the driver was very nice & polite, some come with their own particular brand of odour.

Overpriced, unhelpful and rude staff, overall strategy of screwing the customer - why did I think that the app would be any different than the usual service?

Every time I am using this app I am very happy. Nice people, affordable price and easy and comfortable ride.
