Love2Learn Elmo

I just paired Elmo to my Android phone 15 minutes ago and it was super quick and easy. Getting him to say her name took 10 secs. The games are cute and educational, and I didn't find them to be slow at all. Im happy with the amount and variety of phases; it's just a toy not a nanny. AND I love the lullaby feature, great idea. I had no issues with connecting to the internet or syncing my devices, it was very easy and quick.

There should be an options for Elmo to say "Good Morning" , "it's time to sleep" and "Good night" . How can the creators forget that .Clearly they might not have kids. It's dissapointing. Also if the App had a section just for songs like the ones that appear on the shows ex: Elmo's World & Sesame Street, would be great for the kids as well as the parents could sing along with them as Elmo would be playing them.

Happy that I could customize and also control Love 2 Learn Elmo using my old Droid Turbo smartphone, Android version 5.1 & also upgrade to 6.0 (3+ year old phone). Would like to see more Customize, Parent Helper, Games, Songs, & Settings options. Good job with toy and app! Don't know if I have access to everything as some reviewers mentioned entering child's birth date and my app access doesn't have area to enter.

My son loves baking cookies with cookie monster and Elmo...Worked great the first night we played but now, cookie disappears after Elmo compliments cookie monsters mustache and it's just a blank yellow screen. When it worked, it was awesome! Please fix the issues so we can continue awesome play. Thank you. UPDATE: So, I may have found my problem, low batteries on Elmo even though I had fresh ones in on Christmas day. Just changed them and we are back to making cookies. Do not leave Elmo ON as suggested!

Was so excited to give this to my 2 year old for Christmas. Very disappointed that app keeps telling me it can't connect to Internet. After trying all day finally got it to connect and accept his name...worked for 5 minutes then back to telling me it couldn't connect again. Need work asap.

The games on the app are decent. However, we have two Nexus 7 tablets in our household, and Elmo will not connect to either. Bluetooth indicates that the tablets "see" Elmo, so it is the actual app that is not facilitating the connection. Nexus 7 is a listed device, so I don't understand why it won't connect. At this point, Elmo only connects to an iPhone, which was our last resort device. Very frustrating!

Love this app and my son begs me to play the games on it. The biggest problem for me is while he is playing he always accidentally hits other buttons which moves to other screens. I have other kid apps that prevent this from happening. An update to fix this would give it 5 stars and our favorite app to use!

Item was expensive. Wouldn't connect to my android device. Finally connected to my iPhone and to add my daughter's name took almost 40 minutes! Great idea but too many bugs for Christmas Day! Luckily I had the dancing Mickey Mouse on hand.

App works well. However please eliminate the unnecessary sound effects within the app. It kind of defeats the purpose when you're putting your child to bed, and stealthily trying to enable lullaby mode on Elmo, and your phone is playing dumb Hasbro splash screen music and all kinds of beeps and boops. No need for sound effects in the app

Very disappointed! I was so excited about this toy for my 2 year old. Says it is compatible with Android but only 5 Android phones. It's 2016 they should have it compatible with all phones very very stupid! And super sad! Hope I can get my money back!

Like many others I am having issues connecting to Elmo. When I do finally connect and daughter plays the interactive games, it is too easy for her to hit the wrong button and exit the game. Developers need to have a sliding option to exit instead of just tap to exit. Toy itself is buggy, it is difficult to understand Elmo, hard to know what mode it is in and very loud moving noises.

Good for what it does, but the Android version NEVER reconnects to Elmo. This is VERY annoying because the connection process requires a lot more tapping and waiting to complete. This means more screaming from the impatient 2yo and more headaches for the frustrated parents of said 2yo. The Apple version of the app doesn't have this problem... one more reason to buy Apple!

With my SG7 it disconnects every time the screen turns off or the switch apps button is pressed. When in the middle of an on phone game itll have to be restarted from the begining. Not a big deal on the hunt and search but annoying when doing the cookie game.

The app is good but my main problem is the settings. If i turn Elmo down or activate lulliby mode, my son can turn it off and back on to reset the settings. Which defeats the purpose if that could be updated easily 5 stars

My daughter loves the elmo toy but the app is lacking more interaction. The find the animals game has 5 levels and that's it. The cookie monster game takes too long in between tasks and she gets bored. The flashcards don't hold her attention either. And all 3 games start at the beginning everytime. I just wish there was more advancement with the games.

I have 2 100gb wireless networks in my home and your silly app tells me there is no internet connection? How did I download the app? If your app and servers suck don't blame the internet. Very disappointed

Neme feature refuses to work. Elmo connects, and i can make him talk about all the different Subjects, But the name feature says check your internet or try again later. Maybe server overload becasue it's christmas morning?

Only partially works. It connects but then tells you that it can't connect to the Internet. Tried two phones but wouldn't let me put in information like my son's name or year of birth. Needs some serious work

I have a Google Nexus 6, my wife has the iPhone 6 and it keeps saying there's no internet connection to access the names. And we have to turn the Elmo off and on for it to connect every time. It's a good idea for a toy, but a waste of money IMO.

Bought for my 3 year old. I really love the personalized options and the parent helper options. However, I was disappointed that my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 is not compatible with the app. I'd also like to hear elmo's voice and pronunciation to be a little clearer.

Got it to connect and can do everything but the most vital.... Customize it with my daughter's name.... Says it can't connect to the internet.... On both WiFi and my lte network. Wayyyyy disappointed considering I spent almost $50 on this thing.

It won't let me add my son's name due to a nonsense error of no Internet connection which is ridiculous because I downloaded the app. I have the s7 edge, plus I tried on my husbands s7 active. This is ridiculous, please fix it. This was expensive and why I bought the toy because it was like the scout

The connection is horrible. If you get 5 consecutive minutes of connection, go buy a lottery ticket. You are a lucky person. One time it wiped all the saved preferences. Had to input everything again. Lits of potential.

The toy doesn't connect...it did once but no Bluetooth device we have tried can even see the toy. Total scam...no help or anything in the help section. I tried hitting the reset button...waste of money

My son would LOVE if the number of the day and letter of the day from the show were added! Can we make this happen please! I thought I coyld do custom response, like record my own and I was going to add those songs

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We personalized it and now when we turn Elmo on or open our app after 3 minutes, he won't connect via Bluetooth at all so we can't use parent helpers or games. My Bluetooth works. Your product needs work. I wish I could send this back and get my money. I'm very dissatisfied with this product. Fix the Bluetooth connections and I'll be a happy camper with this toy!

Very disappointing! The games are cute but so slow the kids lose interest. I really wish there were a lot more selections in every category! I also wish you could add more than 1 child's name (ex. A**** and S*****) to address both children together, or an option in the app to switch user, so Elmo can address the child that happens to be playing with the toy at the time. Also my son's name isn't in there.

I had no problems with connection and my son likes to play with elmo. My only problem is it wakes up out of lullaby mode after 10 hours. He sleeps about 12 hours and elmo keeps waking him up!

No conection to Bluetooth maybe you should make it compatible with all phones or have a usb port especially for a kids toy. Now i have a very sad child who doesn't understand

My son loved this toy. Everything was awesome at first and now it won't connect to the Elmo and it has the wrong name so now its saying hi justin instead of nicholas. I'm extremely unhappy with my purchase.

We bought this for Christmas because my little 2 yr old loves Elmo. However I cannot add her name it says "cannot connect to the internet." When he says some sayings his voice is almost like a growl. I expected more. Please provide a fix to this or a recall or something.

i was excited about this Elmo and it idnt sync with my tablet. tried to put in my sons name and it didnt accept it. even putting in my birth year was difficult. what a piss off.

Setup and connection was easy, but some error is preventing us from customizing with a name. The sensativity of the hands and belly are such that if you don't touch them exactly in the right place they don't acknowledge the action. Not very great when toddlers are still learning motor skills.

Will say it is connected go try to do name setup and says the same thing it is saying to everybody else need to connect to Internet. Need software update quickly.

Both my husband and I are able to use our phones for Elmo... An LG V10 and a Samsung Galaxy 5. I want to add custom phrases... Like "use your inside voice" and "eat all your food". Otherwise this is really cool!

Love the concept of the toy but the connection issues need to be fixed. 40 dollar toy that wont even stay connected to my Google pixel for 5 minutes. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUES​ AND THEN 5 STARS THANKS

This worked just fine pairing with the Elmo when we got it on Christmas. Now, it no longer connects with the app. I've gotten it to work for two minutes and then it disconnects. I've reset and deleted the app many times. Please fix this.

Super disappointed. Love Elmo love the concept however it's almost impossible to keep a connection with Elmo and figuring out how to get Elmo to say my son's name is another story. Please do a better update.

My daughter got this for Christmas and I've tried and tried since then to connect it to the app. My phone and my husband's are supposed to be compatible but it won't detect Elmo at all. I would definitely not recommend this.

Spent $40 on this device for my daughter. Connects via BT but cannot add her name. Keeps throwing up an internet connection issue but connected otherwise I wouldn't be posting this great review of the product. $40 wasted.
