So difficult to do anything with this app. Extremely temperamental. Have had to set up new accounts when I make new purchases as my original account never logs in! Getting tired of having to merge accounts and running out of email addresses and passwords to use. Very disappointing - especially as I like the idea of rewards at my favourite department store.

I have been using this app for a long time, the last few updates have been dreadful, and make it useless at best, as it either force crashes, refuses to load or logs you off every time you close it. Edit : even worse now, won't install on most of my phones

Why do notifications come through at 3am... And why can't I turn them off! points total often doesn't update, so hard to keep track of what you should have

Was fine but recently the only way my points update is to reinstall the app every time!

I've spent quite a bit of money in the last few months and my points total hasn't increased. Not worth it.

Says points have been added go to points to look says 0 and points total remains the same. I would email their non helpful customer service but I've done that before and they are useless.

I've managed to successfully use my first reward without issues. However, despite shopping at HN a lot this month, my points total hasn't updated in weeks. Seems like a bug they need to address.

Downloaded the app and will delete it due to poor application experience. Sent a notification by Harvey Nichols a £5 complimentary reward was uploaded to encourage spending. Tried to use the reward and it failed to apply to the shopping basket. Appears as false advertising really and customer services refuse to acknowledge the fact the reward failed to apply. Don't see the point of a rewards app if it doesn't work when rewards have been applied?!

It's pointless I bought many stuff but the points don't get added unfortunately..I stop buying from them .

Works great for scanning at the till (automatically sets maximum brightness) but often creates marketing notifications with no option to disable them, which is a massive annoyance

Agree with all the others - it just doesn't work. Have about £250 to load, fed up with being told 'oops something went wrong '. Not cute, not funny. Was advised in store today to uninstall and reload, have uninstalled and now it won't reload. It's pants.

why does a points app need access to phone Wi-Fi Bluetooth and camera?

the newer version is certainly better

Was all ready to drop £400 with the rewards discount. However it just won't accept that I've logged in to my account and the app. Possibly the worst app I've ever used as it's totally non-functional. Save your time and shop somewhere else.

What's the point of having a buggy app which routes for the browser to buy, then doesn't honor the discounts

Had similar issues - de-installed app and installed from Play Store and now works perfectly.

Just keep getting this message when I try to access app (I'm already registered) also my points won't update and HN customer services haven't helped me despite several emails saying 'they are looking into it'.

Spent a lot of money in store and got points on an earlier version but can no longer log in so can't access the rewards and freebies. Avoid on Android

Can not log in

I have tried several times to log in to the app but it wont accept the password I had already agreed . I have never successfully logged on and used the app. It has put me off shopping at Harvey Nicks

Tried to scan receipt but app keeps crashing, cant even type barcode manually either, really disappointed

Since downloading this app on Saturday, I've had nothing but problems. This inc.scanning the bar code from the receipt to manually inputting the details.To the point where I get an error message popping up on the screen saying "Someone has claimed this receipt already". Have also deleted and reinstall the app with no joy. Was happy about the app at first, but very disappointed now.

Amazing App.... Love it!!!! Harvey Nics will be seeing more of me.
