I'm continually asked to download the app and have it on my phone already. When logging in from other sources ... for instance when we get a lead from out website, it does not ask if we'd like to open in the app, it ask if I'd like to download the app. Very frustrating :(

If you are looking for a new place to live in Atlanta the mobile app is a great tool. You can search for both active and recent sales. This is very helpful information. Best of all the app is very fast and responsive!

Unless I'm missing it, the inability to select price range is a big, weird short-coming... And not being able to add very necessary criteria such as 'garage'... It makes searching hard, and has me prone to wanting to use Zillow (though IT is usually behind by at least 10 days).
