I love this app, but I have started getting a blank screen when entering the app. There was supposed to be a fix for this, but my app just started doing it

Worked fine until recently. Now shows a black screen. Having to uninstall and reinstall

Having to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use it is getting very frustrating.

Worked fine before last update. Now just opens to a white screen.

This used to work, now there's just a blank screen. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Have not been able to use it since the latest update.

The app isn't working

I loved the app until the last update. My husband and I used it every week. Now it doesn't work at all. A blue screen comes up like it's about to open but then it goes to a white screen.

I am so disappointed. I loved this app and the ability it gave me to easily order online and pickup, but for the past week I get a blank white screen. I tried reinstalling but that did not help. I prepaid for a year of online shopping, please get this fixed.

I rely on this app and it's not working. Please fix it. It could do to be less confusing. Also when you order more than one item somehow the item # jumps back to only one. Thank you.

I called the Harris Teeter HQ. He said that they are updating this app for Android users, so that is why it's not working atm.

As a very busy, working mom this app was so helpful and was the only reason I paid more and went to Harris Teeter for my groceries. The time savings was well worth it. Ever since last Thursday (3/30) it won't load! Why is it taking so long to fix? Doesn't HT realize how much money they're losing as long as this app is down?

Lobster tails were on sale. When you add them to basket it doesn't apply the sale price like it should & does for all other items I chose that were on on sale. Very disappointing!

I used this app once and will never again. Ordered. Got confirmation email. Got a phone call from the store a half hour before my pick up time to let me know my order was ready and thank you for using the app. When I arrived at the store where I ordered, a clerk told me twice that I had no order. When I showed the order confirmation, he said I still had no order. My order was found but after 35 minutes of pure tension and anger. App is ok but the program itself needs help. I even asked for a supervisor TWICE but one did not come. Terrible. Needs a lot of improvement. Uninstalling now.

Why can't I create a list online and have it sync to the app.. basic functionality here people.

Looking for the weekly sales ad cannot find it on app

I work in North Hills in Raleigh, but the North Hills store doesn't show up in the app, so I can't use it. :(

The order ahead section for deli counter isnt working properly. If you add an item, you cant delete it. If you go back to look at other items, you cant get to the checkout screen without adding another deli item. Please fix asap.

Only designed to promote grocery pick up, not for in store shopping. Waste of time!!

FIX THE ORDER AHEAD SECTION. This has been a problem for a long time. Accidently add something you didn't want to your order? Too bad it's there until the end of time.

I use this app all the time. The meal deal section could use some help. Love the deals & convenience.

Until you have the availability to clip coupons on this ap to use in the store I have no use for it. Uninstalled it for that reason.
