You never know when it will work

Just transferred to this district and I am very disappointed in this app to pay for my child's lunches! The app from out previous district is by far easier to use which I did for 3 years! I have saved information on this one and it keeps asking me to add new info. No you already have it let me pay for crying out loud! What a horrible app this is!

Very frustrating! Had to give up and go get cash to give to the teacher. Not to mention that it's rediculous that a $2.50 fee is added whenever I add money to my child's account!

Same issue as many others..unable to finish credit card data because it will not accept my expiration date and you are simply stuck at that point. Looks like a great app. other than that.. update: app will not save billing dats.. its useless!

Unable to add e-check and refuse to pay processing fee that almost the same amount as a actual lunch. App is only useful for checking balance and monitor what child is spending. More define descriptions of what child is purchasing would be nice.

It will not let me reload my daughters account because it keeps asking for a new check or card when I already have one saved, and no option to pay with the saved card. When I try to just enter my saved one again it says invalid already in use....yes, I know! So let me pay with it! I do use it to check the balance, but that's all it's worth. Please fix your app.

I've tried to enter my card info multiple times since downloading this app last week and it won't accept it. The app looks like it'd be very convenient and easy to use IF IT WORKED. Very frustrating. Guess I'll just continue to send cash for my kids' lunches.

The option to add a card/account doesn't work!! Very inconvenient since I live far from my boy's school. Someone needs to fix this app or make a better one that actually work! Thank you!

Will not accept payment via app. I always have to go to computer to make payment! Not impressed!

I loved this application until I went to add money to my son's account. A $2.75 "convenience fee?" Are you out of your damn mind? Paid it once and never again. Uninstalled.

Cannot get out of credit card date screen on my note 5. Loath this app. Gone back to writing checks. Ugh. Mypaymentsplus was much better.

Works fine for me. Maybe issues others are having are user error or phones that don't 100% support the app?

Nothing will work! It will not let me use a card or check. Yeah it shows an account balance, but what is the point if you are unable to make payments?

I realize that this should be the least of my worries but it is very aggravating that I can't change my daughter's picture. I had one from a year ago and I have tried numerous times to change it. I clicked the plain picture and of course it changed to that so now I don't even have a picture of my daughter at all.

Why do you want to charge me 2.50 to pay for my kids online? Each time I try to pay it only allows me to put in a new card or check when I save them on file. What is up with this software?! very unhappy.

We are unable to load money onto our daughters account due to the fact that this app doesn't work. Please pull the app if you won't fix the problem.

Downloaded the app thinking it would be convenient to pay my child's lunch, WRONG. Can't get passed the expiration date. I've seen numerous complaints about this, why not fix it. Guess I'll stick to writing checks for my daughters lunch. Seems to be bore reliable than this app

Can you please fix it I can't see my kids history. I have Uninstalled to app and reinstalled and still didn't work. I would like to know what my child is buying everyday.

I've been using this app for two years. Today I want to add a different credit card # and it won't take my expiration date...I cant go any further and my other card is expired...so how am I suppose to pay for lunch using your app??? It is running extremely slow and not very ez to menuver around. I spent 20 min wait for screens to load and now I finally get to the end and I can't put exp date in.

It gives you the option to save an echeck, but it does not allow you to pay with it. Also, I know the school sets the fee, but 2.00 when I'm trying to add $10 or less to my kids' account, that seems a little exorbitant. I know the credit card companies don't charge that much. Plus, if it actually lets you use echeck, there is usually little to no charge to the merchant. It's a decent concept for paying school lunches, but it needs a lot of work.

Unlike other users i can get the expiration date to work but after entering in all of the info, it won't let me save the card with which i need to pay! Other than this it would be a good app....too bad this is the primary function of this app!!

Too many problems trying to register. A couple of days later I try it again I'm finally" successfully registered "but now it's not recognizing my sign in!? A complete waste of time!

App never opens on first try, I have to sign out and back in if I want to see a balance this app is supposed to be Easy?! Ya not so much!

PLEASE FIX! The app isn't opening. Each time I try to log in the app sends me back to terms of service, I agree and it prompts my username & password...and repeat, repeat. Unable to login (yes- ID & password are correct-LG G4 H810 phone). I like being able to see my son's lunch balance and pay in just a couple of clicks. UPDATE: reinstalled, now I can't even get to login. Just provides terms, then I click "I agree", but it returns to terms. PLEASE FIX. I Can't change the date on my CC on the website either

The expiration date for cards once you get to 2019 the ok button goes away and you can't put the date on to complete the card set up.

Not so EZ to pay via credit card.....stuck on exp date....same issue as everyone else for over a year now!

I love this app! I have used it for this being my 2nd year, easy to pay for lunches and you can see what they are eating as well, paying for other school stuff is a click away too, highly recommended! Payment is updated fequently and u can see and set the balance for notifications.

$2.50 for each transaction is way too much for school lunches. Not using this anymore.

Many many times I've tried to purchased from the app, there is no way to select an expiration date so I have to go to the full site to finish my transaction. Please fix this I'll change my rating to 5*

The billing section on this app doesn't let you input and save the credit card expiration date so you can't save your credit card info. We must get this fixed asap. I cannot pay for my kid's lunches with out it! Let's go!

Had to log onto my computer. Will not allow you to check out. Don't bother with it.

Very frustrating! Tried the credit card but had problems with expiration date. Tried the check no luck either. It wont allow me to pay with pre check that I enrolled. This has been the worst program I have used on the playstore!!!!

Not taking my card info, I don't mind spending 2.50 to pay for the transaction, my daughter always forgets to take a check.

It will not let u save ur credit card info. After you enter all the credit card information, the button to save is greyed out... it won't let u click it to save it. The only option available to click is "cancel". Why cancel after entering all your credit card info? It's no good. Wasted to much time on it for nothing!

I don't like how I have to load money for each of my kids when they are in the same school corp. They should be able to share the account so I don't have to load money twice!!

Great app. Love it. Just wish they would display the running balance after each transaction. It seems to update slow as well. Other than that it's a great app. It makes it SO convenient to refill my daughter's account.

Credit card expiration has no yes or cancel to input so there for no transaction can be completed

I tried to put a card in to save it and it won't allow me to save the expiration date so I had to cancel the save card process. I'm really disappointed because that is why I looked for the app on the first place. Please fix this asap. Thank you
