EZ Inspections

Jobs aren't disappearing after completion. Says jobs have been uploaded, says jobs are completed, but then when downloading new jobs the job that was supposedly finished reappears instantly saying it was never worked on to begin with. Same due dates and everything. Had this happen twice and now a job is way late because of it not finishing properly.

This program is very glitchy. Map points are constantly off. I had one the other day show up in Africa!! Also, many times I lose labeled photo and have to re-label. VERY frustrating!

No more cameras or spending hours at home uploading. Saves me time and money. Much more efficient now. When I get home work is already finished and uploaded.

The best, compared to other systems!

I was using a camera and the website because I was afraid of mobile apps. This app is amazing and saves me a ton of time. No more coming home after my route to sit at the computer, I just hit the sync button and done!

This app is so easy to use. I can't believe I used a camera and paper as long as I did. I've been hoping to expand for a while and I think ezmobile might allow me to to that sooner.

Photo ability improving markedly! Great job, EZ! Major improvements in forms and options. This is huge efficiency tool for our business. At this stage, our reps using the tool spend 20% less time working than those that don't. Feast for new EXIF requirements also. Would get 5 stars if the auto focus worked. Great app!

Have installed it at least a dozen times since it was released and it never works. Make the app completely inoperable

Saves a lot of time by using mobile app

When taking zoomed pics camera often freezes. On MCS type orders pictures will reliable them selves after taking photo. Using Galaxy S4

Freezes in camera mode and requires constant restarts of the camera mode or if it doesn't freeze it won't focus and take a picture, it just zooms in and out. Please fix this! It used to be my biggest time saver now it costs me ALOT of time. I wish one of you developers could spend the day with the me and see firsthand the frustration, stress and extra work this causes.

Very frustrating when the camera freezes the app and I have to force stop the app to get it to work again STILL!!!! Then, it still takes the picture but puts it in an unlabeled category and won't let me re label the pictures. End up having to delete them and retake the photos. Makes doing a NO CONTACT job VERY frustrating! Also, when filling out the data sometimes it will scroll to the top of the form and I have to scroll back down and it'll automatically scroll back up again by itself.

Camera freezes and doesn't focus, erases data, erases photo labels, freezes while changing from camera to data, this app is a must for us and needs to be efficient, please please fix this asap

Photo labels has drastically improved. Bravo!! But it still takes too long to open data tab on vacant houses with a boatload of damages. Please continue to work on,this issue.

This is a very poorly designed app! Freezes constantly. Way too many steps to do the even the simplest task. I have given up on trying to use it. Make it more like Inspectorade Mobile! EDIT Why can't the latest update go through the play store? Very suspicious, guys.

I've just recently installed this app & it's convenient. It would be very good if it didn't crash every time I wanted to take photos. I try to complete my inspections on a quick basis & it's hard when the app won't let you take photos. It's nerve wrecking too when you are doing an inspection & it's a no contact order & you're sitting in your car in front of the house trying to get your app to work & can't. I've exit out the app & log back in & that doesn't work. I've even tried to reboot with nothing.

It is getting better though. Appreciate the effort EZ.

To complicated to use for loading jobs

Camera keeps freezing. You should be able to label pics more than once. If you choose the incorrect label you have to close that job and then go back into the job. In labeling it picks random labels not the one that you have chosen. I have been told to tap the top of the screen to take pics that works fone unless you have zoomed in on something and you have just a little tiny space to click the pic or you lose your zoom. This makes pic taking really difficult especially when you're at a bankruptcy.

- zoom on camera should be available and static. Instead of opening it - to many accidental photos. - switching between photos and data tab tends to lock up and force close is needed - when pressing select on photos it defaults to select all. Should deselect all and allow you to select one at a time.. accidently deleted all photos to many times. - Autp logout should be 2+ hours. When switching apps on the phone I have to relog in and find my place again. Many more Matt Cranson

Freezes all the time. Or it will take a picture and yet comes back with it saying it failed. Or it just wont take the picture. There is no review button to look at the picture just taken and this would be helpful. When I arrive at a property where I am not to be seen I need to be able to snap pictures quickly and leave but 90% OF the time this is when the screen will go black and freeze this is so frustrating when u are in the field. Fix it, dont work on changing colors of popup boxes.

Samsung Galaxy S3. Pls fix map points for addresses. About 15% of map points do not reflect where addresses actually are. Some are as far off as 250+ miles. I use this feature to work an area! Also, app locks up after I take photos and click done. I have to exit app then reopen.

The update that allowed multi select for uploading photos needs to allow selecting by folder in the photo gallery. The multiple photo upload is great, but it just needs this extra feature.

Latitude And Longitude are inaccurate. Orders in my territory are showing in different states. Makes planning your route impossible. Missing photos after update. App has too many BUGS that need to be looked into and corrected Immediately. Very inconvenient.

Why isn't the app or ez win for windows updating today?

Seems like most reviews are by people who need to call the EZ tech guys. App works great on both my devices, way better than some nationals apps I could name, thats for sure!

Continually force closing. Using DROID 3. I have to email photos to myself so they don't get lost when I force close while syncing.

Recently realized I forgot my camera after a 2 hour drive to a CLA-PP. This saved my life and probably job. Used this the entire day, and it worked well enough. Just wish we could sync photos without having to complete or "save" the forms so we can do data entry in Ezwin.

Ever since the update, the app crashes every single time I add a photo, and I have to reopen just to add another. Also will NOT sync (also crashes) so I can't even submit the orders! I don't have a computer so this app is the only way I can even do my job. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

App shuts off at least once daily and takes 5 minutes to reload. Photos are not saved to camera roll. Photos are blurry - must use outside camera app to capture readable notices. Can only upload one photo at a time from camera roll. Updates twice a week are a gamble which I didn't agree to bet. It's dreadful to think I can wake up and this app might be worse. Also, do t appreciate having to take down my bad feedback to write more. This app has earned 5 ratings from me which were all poor.
