Can't log in. It says invalid pin and password. I go to the casino and swipe my card and its fine!

It works half the time and when it does work it never gives you the points that you've earned or even updates your information. What's the point of having a players card or even an app linked to it if you're not going to make sure that it's working correctly and I play with my players card at the machines and tables I've yet to see any comp or free play !!! What's the use of even using it they never keep up with anything but the nasty attitude that the employees have all the time

It worked right when I first got it and now I am not able to use it I have had 3/4 refer friends to go toward my points and I haven't got any of them and Harlow's want do nothing about it pretty upset cause I generate alot of money through there and I don't get what was told

This app is trash loged in one time now it will not let me log in at all keeps saying my log in information wrong how can it be the wrong card # when I'm reading it off the dang card app delete!!!!!

This app tells you that you have offers to redeem at the casino kiosk which is inaccurate info. I drove 164 miles for nothing. So this app is no good

After logging out i am not able to log back in it says account already in use or invaled card and pin

It wont let me log in my account. It kept saying invalid card number and pin

Hate this app can't log in wrong password. Will not let you change your password this app sucks.

I can check my Free Play before making a trip all the way out there and no free play..I love the rewards you get for sharing the app with a friend..I think it's great.

When I put in my number it tell me invaild players number. But I put it in the machine it works...

Very sweet and easy to work

I used the app for half a day and it was fine. The next day, it gave me the wrong information and my all three sections were wrong. Next thing you know, it stops for and says trouble loading since.

Incredible I could log in and see my free play balance and how much comp I have without making a trip all the way out their to see and plus it give you rewards FREE MONEY!!! BEST APP EVER!!!
