But we often then forget the phrase that improved our day, so use this app to collect all your favourite inspirational quotes and phrases so you can easily find and remember them and use them when you feel the need to lift your mood.

There is a default list of phrases to get you started but you can edit this list or use completely all your own if you want. App is optimized for both phone and tablet devices.
