When it is able to connect it is not to bad of an application. It is pretty functional, just wish I could also do online bill pay from the app with an easy to use interface. I have had to reinstall the app several times, because it keeps getting a connectivity (handshake) error and will not open unless reinstalled. PLEASE FIX THIS ERROR ASAP!!!!

I've had this app for quite some time now. When it works, it's not too bad. It's easy to navigate, and very similar to the web version. There are frequent errors with the app and it won't open a good 35% of the time. Also, it does not have any bill pay options, so you'll still need a computer for that.

When I attempt to open the app, it's a 50/50 chance it'll actually open, due to "connectivity error during handshake" whatever that means. And depositing checks via the app is almost impossible.

Faster to drive to a close ATM then deposit checks on this thing (Lighting issues? Maybe it's just my phone?). It is convenient on the rare occasion I need to deposit a check quickly.

I hate that some of the transactions don't show quick enough. I can barely check my account since the "handshake" message is always popping up. Please update this app. Too many bugs.

Nice to have the app but i always get an error saying there was an issue during the handshake.. this get annoying! Please fix!!!

Great credit union, mediocre app. Too many connection issues.

I have to uninstall and reinstall every now and then because it won't let me do anything. It just gives me an error message. Also the mobile deposit takes some practice to get it working for ya

This app makes depositing and withdrawing a breeze. I usually never have to go to the bank because of this application.

Everything is working for me. Love the camera check deposit. It works fine. Hopefully people remember to have proper amounts of lighting or the pics don't take. Keep up the great work.

Never opens and to take photos of checks is so slow

Always crashes. Have to pull it up twice just for it to work. Sometimes it doesn't work AT ALL and just simply says "error". Fix now

Won't let me view the disclosure agreement to sign on and crashes every time.... Horrible

I was really looking forward to this for the eDeposit feature. Everytime I try, it completely locks up my phone. I have to take it all apart and pull the battery. Very disappointed.

Well this would be a great app if it worked well. Wanted to use it to deposit checks but was unable to log in. It tells me my password is invalid. Great, how do you use this app if you can't get into it? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Old design was Pretty slow, clunky and ugly GUI. This new version is very user-friendly and easy to use. Good work!

Crap application doesn't even download Been buffering for 6 hours and still not on my phone... two charges later I'm done with them looking for another bank

It can be slow at times. Not sure whats with that but overall very happy. Ive only noticed the slowness on android 4.4.2 .
