Better than the online sites Mobile and desktop!

Very convienent. No problems

Continuosly unable to login. 'Error' pops up when requesting data. I'm able to login using the browser, but not the app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Clunky and dated. Still no integrated bill pay. The only plus is mobile deposit. Bank of Americas app is much better but they aren't local.

For the most part this app is great. However after the last update, when I try to open the app, it bumps me back to the home screen about 3 or 4 times before it'll let me sign in. So far, once I'm in all is good til I exit out.

The first version of this app was great and easy to use. With every update to the actual banking webpage and then this app is just gets worse and worse. These developers should not keep messing with something that is already working, especially if they are going to keep making it harder to use. It used to be so simple, fast and easy to use, now it's just CRAP!

Updated keep making the up glitch more and harder to use. Keeps saying my password is wrong so I have to go to the browser and answer security crap just to see how much I have left. The app is pointless at this point.

This app isnt showing correct current balances. Its getting worse with every update. Im almost to the point of calling in and checking my balance over phone. Cant view checks anymore... I absolutely hate the new app!

This app is poorly built. I am more and more disappointed with every update.

Old app didn't work at all on last phone. New app works on my S5 and is easy to use.

The old one was 100% better. This is hard to use.

I have no idea what this app looks like because EVERY TIME I open the app it force closes. I can't even log in. Bad, bad, bad.

Its an OK app. Very useful when it works right but hard to maneuver to get what you want when needed. Especially difficult on weekends and holidays.

new app is HORRIBLE ... been locked out of my account about 4 times due to app service not connecting or just too much to go thru to get into my account !!!

Once I set up my account as per the instruction sent to me prior to the change, entering the app was easy. Not sure of the dial-o-menu (I think it might end up being a pain occasionally) so I changed it to the icons & kept it simple. Miss the bill pay feature & hoping it gets added back in a future update (will change my rating to 5 stars then). All in all, it does what a banking app should do.

It booted me out while I was doing my initial set up and now I can't access anything and it has locked me out of my account. So when I try to reset my account it tells me my birthdate and last 4 is incorrect!! Really frustrating since now I have to stop in and see what to do and I have bills I pay online due today!

The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is that the app is serviceable and the added security is necessary (sorry everyone, secure banking does take a few more steps, but worth it to protect your money). However, I do not need my banking app to be feature rich and "sexy". Please go back to a simple interface which should also help the VERY sluggish processing in the app. If you feel the need to keep the attempted "wow" then you need someone to rewrite this with latest mobile technology that can run faster.

Horrible update. Sluggish even on my HTC one. So slow. I'm just using a shortcut to the site on my home screen now

Miss the old app . This one is way to slow at loading . Plus it seems like it doesn't keep up with current transactions like the old one dose . On the bright side I do like the new option to cashing check via phone camera.

Worst bank app...almost makes me want to switch banks...Seriously are people crazy that like this App? What kind of phones do they have...lol

I had no problems with signing in. If you read the paper bulldog sent in the mail with the directions on what to do, it will take you 3 minutes to login, quick and easy!

Crashes immediately when I attempt to open app. Happy to revise my rating when the app ceases to crash and is fully functional for me. Really liked the previous version. If this is an Android OS to app compatibility issue please consider making the previous version avail to us. Thanks!

I'm glad I'm not the only who got locked out and had security questions I didn't even set. I even had the right password typed in. Terrible. This just made my decision to switch banks final.

Freaking horrible. Very slow, delay type, asking security questions I never even set. I can't even get in. The icing on the cake for horrible banking service. Just sealed the fact of closing my accounts

Missing the old app can't view my account details hating this app

This app does not work on my Android phone ever since the "update". It was great before. After jumping through the billion of hoops for the actual website, I can only access my account, "sometimes" with my laptop. The only way that I can check my balance and transaction history is if I actually go to the ATM. This is just something that should have been corrected before this launch. I understand security and all, but this is way over the top. It's been two weeks. Please fix this. Force close!

The old app was much better

I don't like that it takes me to the website and I don't have instant access. I have the app on my android phone but I can not get it on my Samsung tablet, when I search it all I get is "buy Louisiana tickets" what is that all about?

Never had issues accessing my account until now. Extremely slow, doesn't load, have to enter everything several times and still not able to acess my account.

Crashed everytime I opened it.
