This app is great for on the go transfers and account overviews, however it will absolutely not let you transfer during the night, it will say "scheduled single" but it never goes through even when it becomes day. Im not sure if it is the app itself or for whatever reason GHS wont allow night time transfers in hopes of getting an overdraft fee out of someone trying to put money somewhere to pay for something. Either way, good for day, absolutely useless at night.

The app works great. Except for the capturing a picture of a check and depositing it. I have a S4 galaxy and every time I have to go through the process twice. First to capture the picture of the front of the check. Then to capture a picture of the back of the check. This is when my phone freezes and I have to remove the battery. Then I reinstall the battery. After that I can deposit the check after going through the whole process again. They should fix this issue.

1st the "star" automated phone system fails, then online banking fails because I can't even get logged in after trying multiple times over a few months. It never sends the enrollment code. I find out there's an app, so I think maybe that will work for me. But no. App won't download. plus I have to be an online banking customer, which I'm not because the site won't allow me to create an account. and of course no one answer when I call. Failure all around GHS. Time to look for a new bank.

Good app. Easy to use, new update fixed any existing problems I had. Server matienence is frequent, but I'm assuming that's for security reasons.

It takes several tries to get the app to get the mobile deposit correct. Used two other banks' mobile apps and never had issues like this.
