Hard Rock Rewards

3x the charm? They had a rewards in 2007 aaaand got rid of it in 2011 Reintroduced in in 2013 aaaaand got rid of it in 2016 Hope they bring it back (collecting rewards that is), right now the program is completely pointless (pun intended) P.S. Love that both times they blamed the customers .. because they didn't like collecting points .. lol

The app is kinda pointless now as Hard rock in their wisdom saw fit to basically delete all the loyalty rewards except a seating coupon. Logs me out on every screen. Useless.

I'm a long time member and I find this app pretty useless... doesn't let you do anything! I can't access my reward statement or scroll down or login even... pointless!

Half of the functions don't work or are even not shown just as requesting visit credits. Everything I open the app I have sign in again and even if I switch from the app to the website I have to sign in again + some functions still don't work. Pretty disappointing!

Its kinda useless I have to keep signin in every time I open this app and on also when you are signed in you have to relog in to acces some pages. And i can't scroll on the main page. Please fix this.

Can't log visits or get credit. No rewards either. Disappointed massively that I've been a member for 15 years and I lose all my visits when you change your program. Lame. Lame. Lame.

Can't get passed anything after the log in screen. Trying to enter a purchase code and can't get the FAQ page to load. Don't bother!

Can't do anything can't view anything just a waste of space. I made a reservation thru the app and did not get points for it.

You got only errors if you wish to join it..looks like a joke not a reward

Home screen is useful in a restaurant but the rest of the app is garbage. Can't view any rewards or status.

I haven't been able to even log in, and now it crashes without even opening the app. Uninstalling.

The Hard Rock Rewards app is pretty slick. It's very easy to use, quick and responsive.

You have to log in every single time you need to use it, even if you mark the "Remember Me Button", please fix it.

Once I've signed in, click on regards available, I get asked to sign in again. . . Put in my details again and the sign in for just refreshes, can't access my rewarda

So the improvement is the app now loads and you can sign in BUT NOTHING WORKS! You can see your card # and rewards but cant click on anything. 4-22-16 update BROKE the app. Version 1.2.0 crashes every time you wake up your phone. Happens on samsung galaxy s7 and galaxy s4

No chance to relogin. Would give much higher rating if you could fix this bug since the app is quite useful.

Since upgrading this morning, every time I have awakened my Galaxy S7, I've received a pop-up that the app has stopped. Pretty useless.

HTC One Android. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't log in and constantly get an error upon phone awake.

Since the last update this application crashes every time I login to my phone. What is running in the background anyway?

Everytime I go to use my S5 it has error message that HR stopped working. App will not let me sign in or do anything.

Worked great until the latest update. If it ain't broke quit trying to fix it. Need to fix the problem
