If you decide that Fitness Pack is too easy for you, or you would like to put more pressure on your abdominal muscles to ensure better effects, consider downloading HARDFOX Six Pack for the full out version of this training routine. We included animated presentations and voice instructions for each exercise, to get you going straight away. Best of luck!

As with most people I always train better with someone cracking the whip and I love how each day it makes you work that bit harder. Will get a 5th star from me when it can sync with myfitnesspal!

If you want want to get a dream body this is where to finish what I mean is that as a beginner you need need to be advanced as a professional so that you have the majority advantages, to get a good body. Don't trust take my word from it use it and I sure know you will be amazed. Sure their some bumps on the road but don't make that mistake try and go for your dreams Above

It's a mean mechanical coach with no time for rest or breaks. I'm determined to see this to the end this time. I'll like the developers to include a continuity feature so that if I'm interrupted during workout I can continue at a later time, not start all over again
