Im using a Sony Xperia M5. When I click on GO training button a piece of the screen is missing. Like someone cut a piece of of the viewing area. Also, when I click on statitics and the 001 workout day buttons nothing is to be seen. No info. Just a big red blank nothingness.

This is an excellent app to supplement your overall workout. It has a good timing beat, and if you follow the program you'll definitely start seeing results within 10 days. Word of advice, you will be sore but satisfied!

Until you've done it a hundred times, not knowing which move is next causes a waste of workout time. A few more seconds between sets and showing which move is up next would help a lot. Also could use some more oblique exercises.

These ab exercises seem too simple to lead to the results people want.... The pause/resume button can be a struggle to function. And the "how to" needs various improvements. The descriptions are not very helpful and not so easy to understand. Please update with new features and better qualities. This app seems legit but needs some work to be 5 stars

This is perfect 2 do after a walk or when I don't have but 10 min or less. I usually do it after walking, but recently started doing before dinner. I really keep an eye on portion control because this workout b4 dinner makes me aware that I don't want 2 undo what I just accomplished!:)
