Awesome app, as a Realtor it's my first go to and most reliable resource. Zillow and Trulia are most known by clients but are very regularly and sadly not up to date!!!! If I'm sent something from a client from those other two sources I will immediately cross check it to HAR to verify accuracy.

The first thing I want to look at is the map, where the house is in relation to others, in this app it sucks Zillow is much better. Also copy/paste address isn't easy, when someone sends me a listing from har.

Texas Real Estate market TOTALLY SUCKS, it's filled with TOTAL SCAM LISTINGS like brand new listings straight off as under contract, or contract pending because of so many super shady Realtors here in TEXAS.

Easy transition from the website. Fast response time. If one happens onto a nice area, it's for sale near me feature is readily available. Therefore, always have your I.D. and approvals ready! An open house with the features you desire and within your price point may be around the corner. When one is completing options the criteria selections should be made from top to bottom. Selection criteria made from bottom to top or in random fashion clears some of the previous selections upon page save. -Tracy Ann Ferguson

The app is decent, however, for a search in the HAR database it is definitely old school. Under Location Options: 1) It tells me to put a coma in between zip codes. Only problem is in using my phone or tablet I have to do that in another app, then copy and paste it in. 2) I can't select multiple items to narrow down my search.
