HappyFresh - Grocery Delivery

Told me my cc card was declined and call my bank. My bank said no problem, spent hour wasting my time only to find out they knew they cannot charge credit card. The error was wrong and misleading. Had 3 times payment problems, having to either pay cash or deposit funds into there account. Stopped using them and now use honestbee. Customer service was fairly poor.

Can't complete payment. Lousy apps

A few hours ago I tried this app because I love the idea of having my groceries delivered to my house. Love the idea so much that I'm willing to be a loyal (regular) customer if it delivers good experience. But in my first order, 2 of my apples bought were bad (rotten) already. Which is really sour. No pun intended. Overall I give my first experience a 2 stars. I will not order from happy fresh again until the service is improved. Thank you. And I will update my review once they've done a better job.

Saya sudah klik minta di telpon kalau ada penggantian barang. Tapi apel pacific rose langsung diganti dengan apel fiji tanpa konfirmasi (meskipun sama2 apel, ibu saya tidak suka dan sekarang mubazir dan tetap tidak bisa sahur). Saya user baru tapi langsung kecewa dengan service Happy Fresh. You guys certainly DID NOT lived up to your name (and ratings).

very terrible app and accused their customer as a fraudulent​ customer and doesn't accept the reason of it because of their app is buggy and so many excused​ been give, previously had a high hope for this service but really really disappointed... please fix your app so that it didn't make you as a service provider confused with your own app

The apps is very good, simple, smooth and easy to use. The back end service also great, timely delivery as requested. A Big help for people that doesn't have time to go to the store. Keep the good service!!

Great interface and friendly shoppers and drivers makes it an useful alternative to offline grocery shopping when wanting to save time doing other things

Very good reliable app! I'm so happy with it. Delivery exactly on time, pictures of items especially fruits and vegetables are exactly true no scamming.

I only tried it today, so my delivery is tomorrow. But I wanna say I had so much fun with choosing my items.. Makes shopping for groceries actually enjoyable.

The sometimes excessive price increases aside the interface design is frankly terrible and far from user friendly. Searching is a chore with no way to filter or refine effectively so lots of endless scrolling hoping to see the product you want. Even typing the exact product name often doesn't work. The only store listed in my area had its delivery area reduced recently to a distance that renders the app useless as it would be a few minutes trip to get there yourself.

What happened?! I have had multiple successful deliveries to my address previously, paid with cash too. I uninstalled once because the interface kept crashing and reinstalled now, and now it's saying my area is not serviced. Would have loved for my groceries to be delivered.

I can't even find my correct address. I tried to input my address but the app forced me to use different address.

Can't even find a single loc where you would deliver... i don't know if it's a bug. Wish you could at least suggest places within your scope of delivery. Sucks, so far.

Setelah diupdate saya tidak bisa melakukan "add to cart",setelah klik add to cart sedetik kemudian barang hilang dari cart. Saya tidak mengerti masalahnya dimana. Ini bukan pertama kali saya menggunakan happy fresh.

Kayaknya sih seru. Tapi baru pilih2 menu eh app nya crash mulu. Please dibenerin ya.

I totally underestimated their service before

Sudah 2x di PHP, sudah pesan tapi tidak di antar.

My two cents : (1) You should add more supermarkets! Not just the upscale ones. (2) You should provide a chat box inside the application, so customers can easily monitor the products that are being bought. -- Other than that, I'm a happy customer. If you're a busy woman who hates doing grocery and is responsible for doing it anyway, so nice to have people to do it for you. Plus, you save more money (imagine all of those implusive buy you gonna do when you walk in to big supermarket filled with sales people)

Most products bought on line are 5 to 10% more expensive than in the original shops. Adding delivery costs, makes it worthwhile to do your shopping the traditional way.

Very confusing for new user. Really? We have to choose our location first to see what u sell? Well, this apps avoid user to explore what things u sell in order to rise your conversion rate

Reduce my groceries schedule. Could use credit card. Will call you if there's items that unavailable. On time as per selected time.

Dulunya sgt membantu..hampir 10x blnja dg happyfresh di slh 1 supermarket di daerah kelapa gading. Tp belakangan ga bs lg blanja dsana

App crashes all the time. Service is also really poor. Waste of time.
