Pathetic... How long does it take you to deliver orders for which we pre pay the amount rather than choosng cash on delivery... Its been more than 2 weeks and yet i have not heard anythng frm u... It didnt take tht long to deliver the order i made last time... May be u act nice to only those who go for COD...

Great concept

Due to love of your products from website, I installed the app. But there are lots of bugs. Products details are not clear,images of some socks not available,and while you select socks option ustraa is automatically open. Very nasty app experience

First time I ordered from your website. i am getting response 4-6 days to deliever then why will person ordered if you will take a week to get it delievered.still my package is roaming in Delhi..not happy..not gonna recommend to anyone.though products are good also..

App is not working+ I booked an order last night at 10:06 PM. Till now there is no confirmation+ ur toll number got disconnected thrice in the morning around 10:30 AM.. is there any procedure to reach to u, without actual hassle for confirmation of my order ?

Since my last order I couldn't seem to get the app working.....+ the delivery address have been changed automatically , which I can't confirm as the app isn't working....

The products are great (ustra) love it. However, the payment gateway suck. The app payment function does not work. It keeps charging your card etc. But order gets cancelled. Could you please confirm if my refund has been processed. I think I will use browser for purchasing and app for tracking. What's the point of having app if it doesn't work. Idk if you guys have noticed but lot of people are complaining about this issue. I believe you guys should look into. The whole thing take down the brand value and impact user experience.

Ordered twice but was not successful even once. Amount was deducted both the times. After payment is successful it shows a blank page forever. It doesn't redirect it app page. I think it's coding issues. You tech team could look into this. Hope I don't loose my

I paid twice an amount of around 4400 and both the times the payment was charged but the order is still showing as pending. My advise is to stay away from them as their payment system is broken. I am still waiting for their customer service to sort this.

I ordered 2 bottles of mooch nd beard oil 4×4 nd payment method prepay.... after 3-4 days parcel arrives to me by blue dart....when i open the pack...i shocked to see only one bottle is in it.....what is this...i ordered nd pay Rs-598 for 2 bottles nd get only one of Rs-299....i have purchased 3-4 times before from here...but this happened first time to me....i suggest everyone to use cash on delivery payment option...first open nd check...then pay.....beware of fraud dealing by happily unmarried...don't waste ur money guys.....

The app has login issues. After I close my app and open it again, it says that a new version of the app is present and it asks me to update without which I am not allowed to use the app. On checking, I find there is no update. So i can't access via app. Only option left is delete the app and install again and that too for one time access only. Please fix this.

I am unable to open it . every time I try it says update required and then it gets struck .

The app and the store is great indeed. But quantity of those awesome products are a bit low, but that doesn't count when the quality is high. I want a 'Bhosdike' T-shirt...

There is some bug probably, whenever i try to view the products, i get an error message saying that "please try later". The app is not working at all. Highly dissappointed.
