Magnifier & Microscope+ [Cozy] for Android
After reading 25 - 30 reviews (mostly very positive), my expectations were somewhat high for this app. It was a pleasant surprise to have my expectations exceeds by this app. :) What a great app! Very useful, and fun to use. The interface seemed to be a little confusing at first. But, after just a minute or 2 of use, it became apparent just how intuitive and simple it really is!
I bought this specifically to check jewelry marks and details. The focus gets tired within a few tries. The app hates metals, and finds it very hard to bring details into focus. If I run my cache cleaner I get one or two uses, sometimes. This may be fine for reading labels and anything that doesn't reflect. I don't recommend it for repeated use or anything with glass or metal.
The Cozy App is for me one of the essential apps which I install first on any new phone, like SwiftKey, ES FileExp, SoundHound etc. It's specially handy when your eyes getting older. Then the 'Cozy options' like mono, sepia and negative mixed with the individual adjustments of contrast & exposure made several items quite clearly visible - other apps entirely failed. The Pro option was rather a thank you to the developpers then a big improvement. TQ
The free version is awesome but I paid gladly for the extra facilities. A bit disappointed that the adverts still appear. If there were no adverts I'd give it 6 out of 5!
This is a great tool and so very useful. It has allowed me to see and do things that I absolutely could not with my naked eye. I would recommend this app to a friend.
Warning! The free version works quite well. However, with the paid one, the touch interface is buggy. With two finger scaling, when the fingers are released, the scale factor usually jumps to min or max or the brightness control setting changes. Moving one finger on the screen changes the brightness control setting even when nowhere near brightness control.
Autofocus went wonkers only moments after it was installed and delivered unviewable images. Not sure if it works properly but uninstalled.
Fantastic - There's no other word for it! It's a great substitute when I forget my reading glasses ☺
This is awesome! I tried the free version for 5 minutes and immediately bought the full version ????
Great app to use when inspecting old coins and markings on vintage jewelry.
Love the app. Works better with light on. After trying loads of different ones I came back to this. One of the better ones on the market.
First app I install on a new phone. A must have
Great app! Almost like the microscope
Excellent performance, no issues with me
Fantastic app
So far, so good.
Good and useful application
It's the best
Amazing
Maybe the best App I have ever invested in, I almost use it every day (especially for those who's eyes are not getting younger
WE THINK IT'S FANTASTIC. OTHERS CAN'T EVEN COME CLOSE.
Very grainy. Can't focus fast enough to be useful.
Best Magnification App I have found. At the Top-Right of the screen is a < icon tap that then the ? and it will give a legend of all the icons.
It has it coming Only fault was the ads I don't want to date a Russian might fall in love and have to move there. Immediately determined to buy this excellent App. And I did✔
This app is a magnifier have used many times to read really fine print and instructions it seems as though the instructions for devices are getting smaller and smaller soon I'll need a microscope this is as close as you can get on a phone it is only limited by the phones hardware and implementation brilliant app
I used to have an expensive camera that I would take my photos with. But I ended up being legally blind and had to give it up because the digital screen was to small for me to see anything. I now have an Android Turbo phone which has a large screen. I am taking amazing photos using your app. Thank you so much for bringing my love of photography back into my life. Blessings to you.
This app is great. I can get some very good pictures of very small issues, from documenting circuit board problems, to injuries and parasite problems with animals for starters. It can be difficult to focus and hold it steady enough for high magnification.
I give this app 5 stars as it provides just enough magnification for my work related optical inspection of electronic components defects. The UI could be improved, as it is not as intuitive as I would expect.
This upgrade is awesome! This app has opened up my awareness of many things great and small! The upgrade has a lot more options, I promise you if you get the upgrade you won't be disappointed!!! Cozy Magnifier & Microscope plus...Thank you for actually doing what you say you do! This is 12-9-2016 & I still LOVE this app!
I use this app to read extremely small print... Being legally blind this is a godsend to me. Easy to use works every time thank you so much for making this
The past four years I've used this app on my Motorola Maxx for anything from close-up pics to standard family pics. It has proven to be one of the best apps I've ever used and one that I would not want to go without now. That's why it gets 5*'s & AAA+++ from me. Thanks Kenny
Does a great job of magnifying and can take some super photos. Downside is it require BOTH hands to manipulate camera and features. Advertisements do NOT go away with paid version
Works flawlessly. I really like it, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a magnifier that has a light option, and can take pictures.
Not used every day, but it's easier to find and use than my analog magnifier (wherever it is)
This app does everything you need for professional type shots with the phone as of yet I haven't found any glitches or problems with it so I paid for the add free version
I've taken loads of photos with this and it's dumped the lot not happy is an understatement
Look in a dark place with light and freeze function.
Now i'm able to read all the small print on packages Whoopee - worth 20 stars and more. And very handy when out shopping as well!
Pro version rocks- this is the first and only app I have ever paid for.

My favorite magnifier ! So many things to look at closely. The microscope part is as good as the camera software, look at a black cat's hair at a certain angle it reflects rainbow. Last winter i looked at ice crystals. Zoom into a screen of a smartphone, then microscope it, you'd be amazed how it looks... it is liquid crystal right? It has to be something that changes its shape according to what color its emulating; blue makes striations and red is a bunch of regular holes and green looks like chinese characters kinda sorta... worth the 3.99
