Z+ Interstellar for Android
Yes, it costs a bit.. But it's definitely worth it if you're a true audiophile. Small sound details which you would usually miss in a usual mp3 are crystal clear. The minute you switch it on, you also realize that there is no noise. It sounds exactly as if you were inside an audio studio(if you had been inside one, you would have experienced the lack of noise). No aberration in any manner. If you want to be in a meditative state, this is highly recommended.
im sure its a very dainty soundtrack buddy, but its not what im interested in.. a few months back i uploaded a game with this name and the same space craft as in your picture.. id like to install it on my tablet and its nowhere to be found?
It is okay experience if you can get past the pops (LG G3[d852] with Cyanogenmod). Its too much for me to deal with though so I'm uninstalling it.
An eargasming experience!!!
The music feels like something I have really gone through interstellar..
Buuut they make you pay if you want to hear any of his songs
When I first bought it, the music sounded pretty good. I can't really say it sounded amazing though. Like other people with this app and other Z+ apps, there is a popping or crackling in the songs most of the time. The biggest problem is that you can't transfer your app data to a different phone. You would have to buy all of the songs again. The other problem is that I've written the customer support 3 times in the last 4 months and never heard anything.
I can't find any way within the app to turn it off/stop it. Only way I have figured out is to force stop it through my phone's application manager.
Audio works great on my HTC one M8. The various modes for audio deeper depending on your type of headphones works well. Sometimes if you're offline the audio fails to decrypt (appears to be only when playing a track for the first time). The UI is eh. That said... It is functional and I listen to the OST once or twice a week on it.
I grabbed the starlight limited edition soundtrack of Interstellar, which they forgot to mail the code for this app to me but that's a different story. I've ripped the original in FLAC and sounds phenomenal, was literally in tears. This app really doesn't do it much justice and actually make it muddy with DTS on, stereo actually sounds better to be honest. For casual listening I guess it's fine but kinda takes away some quality and I'm disappointed from the potential I was expecting.
The audio quality is superb, it engulfs you and leaves wondering and reminiscing of the movie. 10/10
On Droid Razor. Pops and crackles, music fades in and out...shouldn't be occurring since all music is downloaded. Tried number of headphones; has difficult to impossible ability detecting headphones even plugged in compared with using YouTube, Spotify, other apps work fine through headphones. Unusable and incredibly disappointing since dropping 40 bucks on special edition.
Got a special edition of the soundtrack that included a full score download for this app. Used my Moto X (1st gen) with a set of Beyerdynamics over-ears. Never had problems playing audio with any other app, but there was a lot of static/pops/noise over the music that made it unlistenable. Turning DTS off didn't solve the problem either. There was even some static during the demo with Hans' booming voice testing the different speakers. App is designed really well though, so a star for that!
Great app, great quality but your app support is nonexistent!! I've been emailing for a month and got nothing back!!!! You can get the other four stars back when you reply and fix my problem!! I'M NOT BUYING IT ALL AGAIN!!
i like it it makes me feel like i'm inside the music it self Thanks Remote Control Productions Thanks Hans Zimmer
Audio seems to be poppy and artifacty, any way to re-download all/some of the tracks? Also make the surround demo interactive, let us activate each speaker as we want.
The only thing good about this is the DTS demo. Its uber cool. The tracks sounds just like regular music. Nothing extraordinary The stars are totally for the demo
The ap itself is good, but try buying a track and they take your money but don't supply the item.
I use android, and now i wonder reading at the comments if the music indeed sounds inferior on android, i definitely have to check out other options.... Do download it, the music will only make your soul happy :)
There is a great deal of audio popping when playing on my galaxy s5. This kills the app for me since I can't stand all the popping and static.
My only complaint: this soundtrack is missing the music from the docking scene.
You cannot deny that the music is stunning, but the fact it's basically a one time purchase is a deal breaker. In this day and age, the industry standard is to be able to access your music, in the cloud, on any device at any time. The fact that you cannot bring the music onto a new phone or device after purchasing it on another is ridiculous, considering this app is trying to claim they have superior technology. Yes, perhaps the music is pretty, buy still not a technological app. Will update if fixed.
Always show in the notification tray, can't close!!
No support, can't transfer to new device.
DTS wowed me originally with surround sound audio DVDs, and now the Z+ app. I love this technology - thank you.
I love it but the bad part is you have to by the songs except one
Absolutely love this app, you can hear and feel the difference in the DTS soundtrack
there is no need to say anything ... BEST APP EVER IN HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE ...
Waste of money. Sounds cracks and pops. No customer service, also cannot be re download.
Good one
Good for samsunge
App
It's Interstellar!
It will make u that feel ur in space
One of the best soundtracks of all time. Best of Sir Zimmer.
The music feels like something I have really gone through interstellar..
I love the soundtrack to this film, I've already got the deluxe edition in mp3 format and always listen to it while walking the dog.
It's far better than mp3.
I loved it
