Get reminders that are triggered at a date & time, or when you arrive at a specific location. If you need to remember to do something, such as to pick the kids up from school, you can enter the date and time, along with a description of what you want to remember to do. Or you may want to remember to buy shampoo when you go to a store, or to call somebody when you get home. Just enter the address and when you arrive, you’ll get a notification. If you’re tied up or don’t feel like typing, you can even record your own voice, and then play it back later when you get reminded.
FingerString supports the following reminder types:
- Custom (text that you enter)
- Place Phone Call
- Send Text Message
- Send Email
- Voice Recording
Coming Soon:
- Recurring reminders (for example, set a daily or weekly reminder)
- Shopping list support

Installed this app while at work and set a reminder to take out the trash at home. Got a reminder just a few blocks from home. Put phone in airplane mode and went to bed. Phone dead in the morning. GPS was on all night. Surprised the developer hasn't had this happen. Nice looking app but gonna look for something else now.

I needed to remember to buy shampoo at Target but kept forgetting. So I entered Target's address in the app and I got a reminder when I got to Target!
