Hans Travels

Traveling from jaipur to indore. Its an AC SLEEPER. Driver pick local passengers from through out the route. No meaning of our reservation or privacy. In cabin more then 10 strengers were setting, smoking, speaking loudly and trying to seat in side the bus. VERY BAD. Also, bus stopped on very poor quality restaurant and tea shops in between. WHERE RATES ARE HIGHER AND HYGIENE IS OMG...

Every time i book ticket in the name of any other person with their name and contact number, i receive sms having my name and number on the ticket. Hanstravels ask for id proof but they book ticket in the name of wrong person which creates problem in id verification. Also the staff of hanstravels is very rude and arrogant, specially in indore .

Driver makes Buses Extremely local, Local Passenger Enters at any point. No care for Passenger, No Charging Support, Extremely Worst Service.

DONT GO BY BIG WORDS ....ALL FAKE AND THESE TRAVEL AGENCY HAS NO CONTROL OVER QUALITY OF TRAVEL EXPERIENCE NEITHER THEIR CALL CENTER OF STAFF HAS ATTITUDE TOWORDS NICE AND HAPPY CLIENT EXPERIENCE. ...Rude staff...no LCD WORKING even on multi excel ....LCDs SHOW PIECE ONLY....high on price low on service....no proper place to complain.....pickup bus is different then actual bus.....the force ladies passengers to get down just after starting of journey saying that this is a pickup bus actual bus nearby.

Very bad expirience staff is not well behaved and the bus is late about five hours.so kindly don't take any chances and avoid to travel with Hans Travels.

Most horrible service. I booked my ticket and they called me an hour before the journey to inform me about the cancelation of the ticket and told me that money will be refund to u, bt still i didn't got my money back. And not this is for the first time, mostly they cancel the journey. I would never recommend anybody to travel through this bus. Poor rating!!

I am travelling bhopal to pune 22/01/2017 but bary bary late bus time 8.30 Late 2.30 Hour pune 10.30 am stopped all stop

The bus always reaches the destination late by atleast 3 hours, specially Indore-Delhi-Indore. They should change the route. Also a lot of local passengers are picked in between (without ticket), this is a serious risk to the safety of passengers. Most of the time their LCD's are out of the order. However, the bus staff is cooperative if you are polite to them.

Bad quality of bus immature driver attitude always late necer be on time no care of customer feedback

Worst bus service....i booked sleeper a/c ticket..but they offer me sitting one...pagal log...never book ticket from this site...and never trevel

हमारे बैग के ऊपर अन्य भारी लगेज, जिसमे बोरियां इत्यादि खूब सारी रख दी गईं थी जिससे हमारे महँगे बैग्स खराब हो गए।

मैंने 7 अक्टूबर 2016 के लिये 10 दिन पहले इंदौर से लखनऊ का टिकट बूक किया था आज हंस ट्रेवल वाले फोन कर कह दिये की बस कानपूर में ही उतार देगी। यह मनमानी है। फिर एडवांस बुकिंग का क्या मतलब।

Worst service, no punctuality, arrogant staff, poor bus quality...

Last week I travelled in hans travels bus no 0252 from mumbai to indore.what a wrost service again n again stopping for passenger like a local bus.it takes 17 hrs from mumbai to indore.its a big name Hans travels but small services. Pls management work on it.dont give this type of service and pls join good or decent driver or cleaners for bus.maintain u r level.

Not punctual at all very late. Cancels bus service at any point of time that means ticket confirmation does not guarantee of having your journey. They cancel the bus on their own many times. No charging point. No lcd. That too in multiaxel volvo service. Waste of money. Train is far far far better.

Very bad experience..... Driver's behavior towards ladies passenger is very poor...... They were not allowed ladies passenger to use ladies toilet, situated in the bus..... And even non stop to go out side the bus for toilet (ladies)...... They were calling the passengers throughout the journey by following non ticket policy and delayed destination point by large margin. (indore to kanpur)

The facilities are awful. Earlier Hans Travels was my favourite. Now it seems it was illusion. While booking it was stating multi axle but an ordinary bus was found while boarding. Although it was AC but neither video nor charging points were functioning. The vehicle no. Is UP75 AT 1862 initiated from Pune to Bhopal led by the Driver Mr. Pathan on 2nd Feb 2017. Really can't think of such awful services. Even ladies toilet stinks. Don't claim the services that one cannot render. Just to earn money. I am surely put this issue public with all proofs.

In your bus 0308 Pillow's were dirty, if you want to travel with hans travel then you have to wear beggar cloths otherwise when you complete your journey you will look like a beggar. Yesterday and day before yesterday I travel with hans from lucknow to indore and indore to lucknow. Yesterday I raised complaint at reception they assured that they will change pillow cover, but I complete my journey with dirty pillow. Your customer care executive was not provide any solution he told me sir please manage it. And he was not ready to listen customer problem.

People don't have manners. They are talking very rudely. Bus seats are not proper. Buses are not running on time. 9.25 PM Bus reaches at 11.30 pm at Ahmednagar which is very disappointing. Overall experience is very bad.

Wanted to sit from Astha. Called the office at Lal Ghati, but the staff was rude told me not to call again or sit from Lal Ghati itself and not from in between. Very rude. U have lost a valuable customer. Hope you hire some good staff

They feel consumer is fool...I booked my ticket for seat no. 3 but at last moment they offered me seat no. 27... And they don't even have a customer relationship... They talk rubbishly.... Very bad

Worst service and poor maintenance .. I booked my ticket from mumbai to Indore yesterday... Its condition was worst than ever, issues occurred in head lights, battery and many more things... The driver didn't have proper papers of the bus... BUS WAS 1.5 HOUR LATE FOR BOARDING.. And RTO clearance took 2 more hours.. AND REACHED indore at 11 O CLK ... WE PAID 2700/- AND CAME IN AC BUS WITHOUT A. C which was so much suffocating... Every body was so stressed. Buses used to be good few years ago, but now a days they are not maintaining... No maintenance, no management, poor services..

Services r till booking only once u sit in bus no facility provided. Even they donot allow females to use ladies toilet in bus. Even manager or owner don.t know who is he not respond to passenger while travelling. Lcd r for show off not working. Driver.s n helper.s way of talking is ghatiya try to rule on passenger. May be the owner or managemnt train them to behave in such a manner.

Chalate hai 2bus. Jab passenger ticket book kara kar apna safar zhuru kRta hai to adhe raaste me jaa kar bus change kardi jati hai...fir ticket wali seat aapko nahi milti... Bahut bekar service hai.... Agar aisa hi karna hai to seat book hi kihon karne dete ho

Aagar aap isme bus mai safar kar rahe hai too apna saaman sabhal ke baithiyega,even jab bus rukati hai kanhi too saman bhi sath hi rakhenge too behatar hoga.third class service by hans travels.

Bus was late by more than an hour, conductor and driver switched off their phones, i was clueless when bus would arrive at my pickup location, totally irresponsible

Traveling with Hans was not good experience.. The driver and the staff are unprofessional and it leads to promoting other competitors..I would prefer Charter Bus.

A/c sleeper bus becomes passenger bus for extra income and dont understand problems of the passenger regarding time management

Bus ki seats full nahi ho paye tho , bus ko cancel karke sabko next bus mai transfer kar dete hain, phir bhale hi koi 1-2 hour late ho jaye. Specially never book bus in between night and early morning.

तुम लोगो जैसी घटिया ट्रेवल एजेंसी पुरे भारत में नही, एक छोटे से लगेज का भी पैसा वसूल लेते है, और न ही इनके स्टाफ को बात करने की तमीज है..So..beware all travelers dont travel in hans travel.

Due to late I left this bus in half of the journey. No facilities working which shows during booking.

Why the conductor/cleaner charging for keeping the luggage in the dicky. Other operators do not charge a single paisa while this guy was charging Rs 10 per bag, even small hand bag was charged.
