Earlier i was frequent customer of my taxi but when i got uber & ola, i am fond of them. Yesterday i received an sms regarding the new no of my taxi, but in the app only earlier no is featuring. Charges are too high, needs lots of changes. Whtever mytaxi is giving at Rs18/km, uber & ola is givinh the same at Rs6/km.

Make your rates at least a bit more competitive. Even Ola is failing against Uber and you think with the limited resources at your hands you can take on those gaints. Plus in a few months even reliance and another one is joining the fray in Guwahati. Buckle up..!!
