London Tube Master for Android
When in on my 2hr journey home and there is an issue with one of my 4 required trains I need to view the bigger picture and this app is wonderful. If I'm planning a day out the over lapping tube and rail map is invaluable. Only 4 stars however as Stratford is now redesigned as zone 2/3 but no update. Please review- They reviewed and the update is brilliant. Definitely worthy of 5 stars
Please add step-free tube map. Otherwise awesome app. Thx.
How the hell do you plan a route with this??? I don't care about the status if some random line. I just want to get somewhere - NOW!!! Garbage
Needs to be updated with tfl rail and overground from Liverpool Street to enfield/cheshunt
For me, second only to the map itself, is searching for a station and finding a route with approximate travel and departures times. Perhaps that would be something for them to look at.
Thanks to give us a good and easy map. Every thing there what i can need. And its easy to use.
Why there's no "route" option? Can't really check how to get to some stations. Update on that pls!
Quite neat & with a useful selection of maps - provided they're kept up to date(?) App is well designed & remembers my views on each page. But I really don't like the "settings" page that is nothing but a list of links & promotions and has no settings on it! I can't see what advantages the paid version would have and oddly it's 8 months older. Works fine on tablet, BUT I get an error when I try to install it on my SGS3 phone: "ERROR: COULDN'T INSTALL ON USB STORGAGE OR SD CARD". Edit: installed OK after restart, but never seen that before: any suggestions pls?
Only tube stations. No DLR, no Overground.
Would be 5-stars if it had a widget; e.g.: for live tube status
Made an app which is absoultly useless. I am happy cze i cnt plan a journey using ths n its nt user friendly
I've tried numerous tube apps but unfortunately this isn't the one for me. First of all it's nearly impossible to figure out what the icons actually do until you click them all. Secondly, it's not much of a "master" if I am going to get frustrated trying to find my way home. Maybe this works for other people but personally I think it couldn't suck any more than it already does.
Of all the tube apps there are only two I use and this is one of them (I tried over 15) super-quick, good clear extremely useful. No crashes. Perfect!
Its ok but needs a schedule planner and times
I prefer the MXdata Tube Map app as it is more intuitive.
...if it contained updates for the Overground. Other than that, it's a fantastic app!
Would be great if up to date maps, include DLR, Overground, etc.
I actually work on the underground and have our Trackernet on my work blackberry but this better and more trustworthy! Only thing missing for me as a work tool is the train numbers but for personal use i use this everytime.
Always great to have sight of network closures or suspensions. Very helpful I would think, to many, many Londoners and visitors. Thank you
Very helpful
Good..
Cool
Wicked app a little disappointed that it doesn't include the London overground but can manage without add the overground and it'll definitely be 5 stars
Great app similar to something I have on my iPhone tried this as I already had the oyster card interface app by HAN, just got to improve the look and customise able settings so it looks and feels likes it fits on the phone you are using widgets too. Still gets you what you genuinely need. So can't complain.
Doesn't work when at the station to check for the train to come
One Samsung Galaxy Note 10 screen rotation only works in one direction. The wrong one of course so have to use it upside down.
Only tube stations. No DLR, no Overground.
Won't install on phone or SD card After email from developer followed instructions to remove google playstore updates and still wont install.
awesome
Appears to be the best London tube app for live status and train times - obviously only as accurate as TfL update.
Needs to be more available if is to repay the effort of installing and then opening. Easier to just look at the station signs.
It's really helpful to me in my daily life. Thanks to the uploader. ....
Very reliable on Samsung across range - S2 and note 3
V good but keeps disappearing from phone then I have to download again
Have just shifted to London and this app is perfect for moving around the city on the tube.
Using this for over a year. It's good but there's no route planner and favourites and fancy features. Might consider when the app gets a revamp
Useful for train times, and I was surprised by the number of maps it comes with. Great for helping plan a tube journey.
Never been let down

Loaded it on a CB Flip in android mode. Screen refused to rotate to landscape, which is the obvious way for the map to display. The first "ad" I saw was the classic malware trap. Apparently 3 viruses had been detected and I needed to install some sort of software that would remove them and protect me from future viruses. I thought Google were supposed to cleaning up the Play Store
