London Oyster Contactless +

I may be wrong, but it doesn't replace the need for your Oyster card. I was expecting to be able to use my phone as my Oyster card, but this only let's you use contactless debit or credit cards which is free with Android pay or Apple Pay. I'd love to be wrong, anyone know if I can use this as I intend? Very willing to change rating if so.

Keeps opening up randomly. Must be something to do with the NYC but I never got the app to work with that which is the main reason for downloading it. I use nfc for other stuff which I think is the problem but either way this app is more of a hindrance than a help

Lately keep getting no internet connection message when trying to view journey history. Even when full signal or connected to wifi

Needs to add a button to see today's travel... otherwise useless to me.

Journey history hasn't worked in like forever...

Great app. Had a few issues lately with accessing contactless payment options, however since the last update it is now better than ever.

Great app, works well with accurate detailed journey information. The app also takes you direct to the website, allowing you to top up your oyster without entering all your login and card details.

Since moving to contactless the app fails to display any information and keeps crashing.

Travel history never available. Always blames your internet connection no matter where you are...

Gives me the information I want about all my Oyster balance and journeys etc!

History doesn't work. Bad experience of paid app which doesn't do basic thing.

I would like it to upgrade into using student card or other pass , to use this contactless

Great for checking journeys but lately app starts when unlocking phone whether I'm logged in or not, it's starting to annoy.

Developer is very hands on and receptive to suggestions. App is excellent, without exception.

Still unable to login into this app even though I am able to login to my TFL account online. This needs sorting as I feel cheated out of money for this app! Also this is when I have updated to the new version which does not work. I would not recommend this app to anyone for them to waste their money!

Very handy app, a lot easier than trying to use the oyster website on my mobile! The developer responds promptly to feedback. Sometimes the app may not seem to work but that is entirely the fault of TFL, they often change their API without informing developers who use it. Han interactive are on the ball and fix the app as quickly as they can

Can't judge the app cause it doesn't support photocard oysters but for sure they really respond and try their best to help if there's any issue.. their customer service deserves 5 star.

Long time user. Never been disappointed.

Just updated the app, uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it still doesn't log into my account... Think I should get my money back as this app clearly doesn't work properly....

I find the widget brilliant and useful. Was a login issue last year, but that was down to tfl site, not the app, and was quickly resolved by app! Quick reply from support, very helpful, THANKS!

when I click on buy Travelcard it is very hard to see what zone options etc that there are, as the text is white on a white background, instead of black text on a white background. UPDATE: only thing I can do with this app is see my balance, when I go to top-up it takes me throught the steps, Travelcard, zones, date (which has to be typed in manually as the calender that pops up doesn't work), then when you click next step it does nothing at all, This app has turned to crap.

Needs an option to delete oyster cards that are not in use anymore, or I just haven't found out how to. Otherwise pretty good app, really useful.

This app was great but over the last few months it will not update your account. When you log out and try to sign back in it comes up wrong pass word. It is a complete waste of time trying !

As of 9/12/15 cannot get journey information. Says login failed?

I emailed support this morning because I couldn't log in. Had their reply within 10 minutes letting me know they had updated to take account of new log in required by TFL. All working perfectly now. Great support

Haven't been able to use this app for weeks , very annoying

No excuses! Your app is officially useless!! Cannot log in again!! Had to go on oyster website to top up! Grrrrr. ...

Why won't it login now I've updated it. This is a recurring issue.

Login issue not fixed. Nov. 2015. Have cleared cache, updated app. Keeps happening every few months unfortunately. Update. Working perfectly again. Thanks!
