經常顯示操作逾時，無法用ebanking

只是登入時間限制過短，常常自動登出我的戶口。

Very poor interface.

Even since the upgrade, it introduced more clicks, more useless pages, more ads, less functions that I need...the whole app has a conflicting theme, seems someone wants to go to new tech, but cannot get rid of old traditional mindset

i can login through pc using the same passwords and user, but not with my phone now.

無咗上個Version有嘅function… 唔明點解新version仲衰過舊version… 但係又迫user一定要upgrade… 火都嚟…!!!

The app offers limited possibilities compared to the website but it's good enough. I don't understand why people are upset with that good app, maybe they expected to get more money in their account by using the app :)

A terrible app that does nothing. Literally.

To People who are going to download this... this app just contains that basics and a mobile version of the site itself but then works perfectly... other than that do not expect the UI layout and any others...

根本就不是一个正常的App：每个点击，都要下载一个页面，这些内容都应该是App自身local读入。……操作而言：1、Position 竟然不可以市价平单操作 2、Squared 竟然没有利润显示。……… n、在 Quote & Rate 页面看盘15分钟不打开新页面的情况下，竟然 跑掉 12M的数据流量。……作为App评价的话，垃圾到极点，恒生，身为香港金融标杆企业，你不应该！太不应该！！ MT4 有 3.41MB, TradeInterceptor 4.51MB, FXCM 达到 15.39MB。 反观此App，只有区区216KB，就是说你们一个Phone 版页面都没有设计，纯粹是下载银行的WAP版页面！过分！太过分了！！！

好心學下HSBC APP， 整個webview扮app...

不過load得慢，可能唔知行咩server

Worked fine on previous and previous versions. Always stuck at loading transfer page now.

Fast and responsive! It well serves what a banking app should! What else would you expect from a free app like that? For those who had lodged so many unreasonable complaints, please check their mobilephones, mobile settings, as well as Wi-Fi and mobile network connections!

Well, this app has done the basic requirements for an bank app. But then to make it more interesting, app design such as interface and button transitions, etc. can be ALOT better, as for a company like this big. The loading took quite a time. And if there is a function to save login info will sure helped alot because it keeps logging out VERY easily.

1. Log out easily by "backward" button. (At least a confirmation can solve?) 2. E-statement cannot be read. 3. "Last 60 days transaction" is not showing transactions on last 60 days, but just 30 days.

Does not work on my Nexus 7 / Chrome browser

Not a mobile website browser!

After answering user name, password etc, just looping without getting in, only choice is to lock out. Very disappointing. I tried that 10 times only last month can log in.
