Too much expensive compared to the market rates.. It's a very hard learning for me that I should never reach such service concerns which has service only on its title. Please don't reach out to them for any services, you'll be looted... Very worst experience...
Was upset before but was clarified by Mr. Sumit from team handy home that it was philips customers service fault and not theirs and I have received good service since then but since my television has not been repaired fully will only give 4 stars as of now. Once my TV is properly restored in working position will definitely give u 5 stars.
They don't attend your problem... Bilkul bakwas .. ......48 hour baad inka engineer aake mere microwave ki motor change kri aur uske baad se mera microwave bilkul ni chal raha aur inka engineer phone ni utha raha.. inki site and app dono hi false hai .. sirf paise lete hain servicing ni krte... Jinhone iski tareef ki wo wakai kismat wale honge...
It been a month since i raised request to service my eureka forbes vaccum cleaner.. almosr received 10 calls asking reason for escalation and asking did tech showed up.. but still tech didnt show up.. your call centers r working good but not the tech.. receiving calls without any progress is really annoying...,
Pathetic service. Don't download. U will register service request through this app and will keep waiting till eternity. They even don't bother to reply back for complain or update status of the request.
I have raised my complaint with handy homes on 14th october and today it is almost a month but no action is taken and there is no response from the technician also. And when i try to register a new complaint it shows the status is duplicate. Now what to do kindly guide.
Washing machine check costed 600 for 10 min work without replacing any spareparts. Even doctors consult for half the price. No response on feedbacks as well. Quitting the app. Never again
Dont know why some people rated it 1 star. But friends trust me its really usefull app. Handyhome team thanks for helping me in solving my ac problem. But try to include all brands ASAP.
Good work done by technician.. it's working properly now.. this is the first time I used this app.. And they got the cheque for the payment in the current situation (Currency cuts)
Mine tv was totally damaged. They said that the pannel was damaged and told me that my TV will be replaced within 10 days. Thank you guys..... i got my LED replaced within 8 days. Service is awesome. Keep it up guys.
Escalate option is not working even after 3 days from complaint raised...worst application .. even we don't know whether this complaint is reaching to concern department..
After escalating complaint through handy home my videocon ac indoor unit motor noise was rectified immediately. Thank you so much.
Hi tram, u guys are doing great job, I was very worried about my Videocon AC. But I found this link nd registered my complain and I got good response Now AC is perfect however few services shud be improved like prompt contact service as I called many times but no one responded in 3 times even. So please work on it ND improve this service else it's great. Keep it up.
They never attend to problems. They simply close the issues without any intimation. This never works just deleted the app

I had one refrigerator to repair , it has been a week since I raised the request so I escalated this but guess what! For this delayed service they take 48-72 he more to get your complaint escalated and now it will be 10 days . Hats off morons
I requested a service for maintenance of Aqua guard filter on 8th Nov ...but till 14 nov. No one visted my home.... nothing did but today in this app this as work completed ....plz rate as.....how this done like this without doing work how u closed my request stating that request has been completed.........
Technician came and took the part of oven but dint turnup from a week. Actually I lost his number to contact him. Please help
No one comes to my home to repair my onida TV ,but it automatically shows after three days from my complaint request that repair request completed. WTF
It's been already 24hours that I booked for a service I didn't received any calls from technicians nor I did received any service confirmation time I feel like this app is useless
What they claim to do in 24 hours they have not done in last 48 hours . And they don't have the courtesy to revert back also . Most pathetic service.

Friends mera LED under AMC extended warranty me tha panal kharab ho gaya company Ne replace karke new LED dene ka promise kiya or last two month se next 10 days bolkar taal deta hai. inko AMC ke paise do to achha lagta hai par jab Inko dena ho to Inko bura lagta hai.mai to Videocon ke service ko bakwas manta hoo
Water lickage problem is continuous since installation of my Onida ac. They have not installed it properly and every time I complain for repair they come and say this but they don't do anything to solve this issue. They ask for extra money and always do temporary repair and leave. But the water leakage problem is still not solved. And they make promise for 48 hours solution but there technician comes only after 4-5 days.
They work on hit and trail basis. It's your luck that your device get ready and not then just struggle with their technicians. prashant gunjan noida
Once my request 2as marked as duplicate and I could not do anything for escalation of non resolution of the service request as I had raised it offline and when raised online it marked as duplicate.
Very useful app. It became very simple to find out and lodge a complaint to the brand concerned. Certain hiccups, such as not working of escalating option, are present. Hoping that you will correct and give a new update in near future. Thank you
Not worth calling them. They find more flaws then giving solutions
No one is lifting the call. It has been days, no one responded to the service. Watch out before installing the app. It will waste your time, money, energy.
As I try to use escalate button. It's say you can escalate after 24 hours about your complain even its more than 48 hour's already happen . So it's a company setting in the aap so no body can escalate any issue about the complain so I m not impress with the company response.
As I gone through the complain for refrigerator, there was no option of brand of LG only two or three brands were available.
This app has hired technicians to destroy and stop the system's instead of repairing...No response even after escalation,seems the app is just to log a request and not to fix that request... Don't use this app at all !!!!
Bed response to customer. I am sending my request from last one week but till the day not getting any response.

The app is pretty good directly connects all of us to service centres/servicemen of brand the interaction is quite easy as well as the assurence of branded original parts hence am quite satisfied with the app and service received..
Booked a request on 7 July.no one responded till 12th July.on 12th July I called to engineer who told me that he is out of town and will send someone else.no one came . escalated thrice.no response till 14 July.dont go by false and fictitious positive ratings
Just gave a try and believe me it worked! The app contacts the local original authorized service centres for the appliance brand which you have requested service for. It did really work well

Billing transparency is needs to be ensured, technician asking cheque in personal name, paid Rs 9050 for 1.5 ton AC condenser and repair charges , not sure that money is worth supplies or I am cheated. Over all good "service" experience but bad billing experience.
