Passport Photo ID Studio for Android
Don't understand why others complained about this app. Very easy to use. You specify the dimensions for country passport/visa requirements. I managed a useable photo on the first try. Whole thing took about 45 seconds and I hate taking selfies.
In the end, it is giving black screen during photo edit phase.
Not fit for purpose.. doesn't size photo for nz rules
Got the job done with no fuss. I highly recommend this app.
I tried several apps trying to do my own passport photos & this was the easiest. Our passports were all approved so I'm happy.
Photos get rejected don't trust this app
Not passport size when printed, unless you actually read the instructions. Doh!
App is always running in the background and restarting itself.
Allowed me to put 6 pics on a 6x4. Just what I needed thank you
This application is good I like it, it have size options for all country
Cannot collate photo n Cannot print different size Photo in one photo paper.
Excellent app! It worked for me very well. Thanks ♡♡
Crops photos with a handy template. One would assume that this cropping would also translate into the actual correct measurement for a passport photo when you print it. It does not. It makes the photo into a giant square when I brought it to the Bartell's kiosk. Ended up shelling out $9 to get a passport photo in the traditional way. Now that I think about it, not really much of an inconvenience to physically go to the local drugstore to get a passport photo. What an app for that??
The application is very worse designed. The USA passport photo requirement asks for the head of being sized between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inch. If you match your head perfectly with the app's head gridline, your head will be 1 3/8 inch. A well designed app should keep a SAFE head gridline, i.e., from 1 1/8 inch to 1 2/8 inch. A head gridline of the maximum size, i.e., 1 3/8 inch, is NOT a safe windows.
I wanted a series of 2x2 photos, and this app was able to help me accomplish that. The app did not allow me to start a new photo, though, so u had to close and reopen the app for each photo. Once the photos were made, I had no trouble printing the photos at the correct size at a pharmacy photo kiosk.
Crashes upon attempting to use in latest Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). So, until program is rewritten for compatability, fundamentally useless. Taken the middle-of-the-road rating here as 3-star to be neutral on the rating.
Cant connect to any previously used printer and keeps trying to send to office works. Usless over complicated setup and full of rubbish adds.
I took a photo (selfie against a white wall, natural light) based on their guidelines, printed the generated 4x6 photo at the local drug store for less than a dollar, and used one of the photos for my application. I just received my US passport so apparently it was good enough! Thanks for saving me a lot of money =) The app is not super polished but I would definitely recommend it to a friend
Not at all intuitive to use but eventually managed to get a usable set of prints
Okay, so usually when I need an function of an app, I download the app, Use it, and delete it. BUT this before uninstalling, I actually left a review as the app was perfect! All it lacks is a background cleaner.
Tried several ways and paper sizes to try and get a passport size photo but failed. Wasted loads of ink and photo paper. Uninstalled.
Used this app on my MotoX with no issues. I followed the instructions and the passport office accepted the photo. Saved the picture locally (don't forget to set your folder location in settings). Saved the file to my Google drive and then copied it to a thumb drive. Printed at CVS for $0.49. The advertising embedded in the app was never in the way of usage. Great App Thank You.
The app is too gud. Convenient to use. And perfect for official purpose..
Got the job done with no fuss. I highly recommend this app.
Very simple to use. Good work
App is always running in the background and restarting itself.
An app that does what it says on the tin
Good app, great if further improvement on choices of quantity of photo printed

Doesn't work
God
Great app. Does what I need it to do.
Passport photo?
Nice & vivid quality colored photo
Very usefull
Easy to use
Good
Why don't you make your app so it can be installed on the sd card. So many apps like this makes it pointless to have an SD card.

Struggled to understand how to use this and frequently couldn't get it to shrink a pic to fit the guidelines bc pic kept bouncing back to prior size. Once i finally got the pic i spent ages trying to get it to print. In the end I used an ordinary camera then uploaded the pic onto the state dept travel website that let's you adjust the pic their guidelines then it crops the pic to the size they require for passports. Then i uploaded pic to a publisher doc with a passport picture template. Much easier.
