The only thing this app is missing is an option to set the start date for your loan, and perhaps a way to export an excel sheet. Right now if I setup a loan, and want to refer to it a month or two later the dates are no longer accurate.

Only thing I observed is, it won't accept 0.xx interest rates. The app makes it a round of figure. For example if I enter 12.80% it rounds off to 13.00%

I downloaded this app to assist with my job, since downloading I have had hundreds of spam emails from loan and credit card firms - assume I would be looking for finance I guess when this company passed on my data! Not impressed!

I am truly satisfied to download this app. It's easy to use. Very nice interface. And it generate nice charts, like how much you could pay interest ect. This app use when I gave loans to my friends. Perhaps "Fixed-Rate" interest rate can be added as option ??

The app only calculates payments based on the annual interest rate being simple instead of compounded when converted to a monthly rate. In the UK, monthly interest is compounded to give the APR rate. Dividing the APR by 12 doesn't work here. So it makes the app useless for us. Please fix this
