Ty. You rock. Back up your apps AND THE DATA to drop box automatically. Never lose your setting or high scores again. App data is restored automatically as play store installs them. Very nice. Uploads can be slow if you have a lot of apps. Obviously, Not the Devs fault. So simple an old guy can use it. Lol. Knocked one star off after 4 years, simply because it needs Google drive and/or Microsoft one drives added to cloud options. Still rocks.

I will submit a more charitable and realistic review of the product when it is updated with a manifest that declares the required android permission ACCESS SUPERUSER permission. Without it I can't give a fair rating, especially for a paid app. Yes there are workarounds, but they reduce security.

Needs a scheduled backup and ability to save accounts data

Would be awesome if I could schedule a backup of certain apps for maybe every night or even once a week.

I hardly ever rate apps but this is excellent very functional has come in extremely handy, and it's free.

Doesn't work well with multiple devices, I own two phones both rooted & cannot use backdrop for this phone but can on my other. Going back to titanium for now.

Didn't restore sms/call logs - useless.

Finally I can easily backup data before installing another ROM! Great work!

Excellent concept, and self explanatory UI. Three features I'd like to see are auto-sync, advanced restore/backup; with the ability to handle a particular image I.e. data, system, recovery, cache & root.

Not sure why but it keeps failing when trying to backup text messages, apps, data, pretty much everything. Have to go back to my backup pro for now. Sucks I really like this when it worked.

Now i cant backup any apps. Says complete with errors. Which means i can't restore because it will not backup my apps. Will give higher rating when it works

Your app doesn't work with newest version of busy box

Amazing app!! Restores all my SMS and MMS so incredibly fast. takes about a minute and I have about twenty thousands. Buy the app support the dev!!!

Works perfectly. The only request I would recommend to the developers would be the addition of scheduled backups.

CAN'restore from stock to Muiu firmware.

I dont usually pay for apps but this one is a life savor and worth every penny.

I had a slight problem and the developer stepped right up to offer assisrance. Hardly used apps get sent to db. When I need one I simply click and restore. AWESOME

I like that it keeps backups in the cloud. Titanium just became useless when my sdcard got corrupted. But backdrop really needs some filter choices.

Just need compatibility fixes between different android versions, more features and better gui & structure... I fixed my freezing problems for restore data, installing another busybox version. System ICS hawed 1.18.1 that not worked, 1.18.4 full worked. And for example with one installer 1.19.4 always get errors, but with second installer same version worked. Maybe to embed good busybox version with app like Titanium... Need updates!

super awesome app. totally awesome concept, great follow through. just restored my texts today after a fresh rom. took a reboot to get them to show.... **update: Seemingly abandoned. Not working for Jb (for me), and I have no reason to expect Kitkat support either. Great.

Has potential. Looks better than Titanium. Will not back anything up, though. Fails with errors. Busy box is installed from the market. Maybe due to new version of Drop box app?

I have been looking for a good alternative to TB. Not any more. I had no problem with any of my restores and I am freaking happy. This app is so much easier to understand. The fact that the dev let's you take it for a good test drive is great. I'm satisfied **Update..having major issues w jb..no updates from dev.starting to feel abandoned There go the stars...
