1Weather:Widget Forecast Radar

Only shows "feels like" temperature regardless of checkbox in settings. I rarely care about the feels-like temperature. So, thanks but uninstalling. Might check your release notes to see if fix this. It's a showstopper for me. Otherwise, seems like a fine app and widget. Update: nice quick personal response from dev appreciated. Developer disagrees with my claim that all temperatures are the "feels-like" value. But it definitely is, and the checkbox has no effect.

Once upon a time I would have rated this a 4.5, maybe a 5, but it has not worked right for months now. The widget still does not keep time or reflect the current weather. It is not updating so it is always showing past time and weather. I used to be able to hit the refrsh button before the update and get accurate time and weather, but refreshing only gets me accurate time. To get accurate weather, I have to open the widget. Once the widget is open, I can see the current weather. When I exit back out to the home screen, the widget is updated and correct, but does not stay that way. A few minutes ago, the widget was showing my local morning temp as 84 degrees, even after refreshing. Opening the widget showed the actual temp of 64 and refreshed the widget. Additionally, that occurred at 9:58am and that is the time that is still showing on the home screen widget display rather thn 10:10am. Please fix.

The layout, design, and function of this app are amazing. A beautifully designed user interface makes this app a true pleasure to use. The only thing I wish it had that it does not currently have is a "storm tracks" layer or option for the radar map. Other apps have this feature, but none of them can even come close to 1Weather. Hopefully, I will see a "storm tracks" update in the future. : ) *update* Still no "storm tracks" option for the radar. ???? Not a deal breaker by any means, and this is still one of the easiest apps to 5 star, but if i had storm tracks i could reduce my weather app total to just one. I currently use WeatherUnderground Storm Tracks app to fill the void.

Everything was great until last update. Please bring back 4x2 or custom sizing to the widget. Half of the info is now cut off and can't be seen! And I have a blank row... Don't want to install another app, just want to utilize this one fully like before.

After Android update, widgets on my Moto Z Play get cut off at the borders -- any known fixes? 4x1 and 2x1 both affected. Love this app otherwise, but mainly use it for the nice widgets. Edit: I fussed with my device font size and found a solution I liked.

It doesn't update the UV index correctly. It's 10:00 pm & my UV says 5? ???????????? Needs a few more settings options. Better than no weather app I suppose, but there are many good choices these days & many better than this.

205 mb Background memory usage is Insane. I paid good money for my s8 to waste 5% of it's resources dedicated to showing me temperature. Easily 10% for mid-range phone. That's so crazy I verified it with 2 resource reading apps.

Latest update messed up the widget. Can't get rid of the 0, stuck in 24 hour format. Using the weather clock small widget. On the weather clock 5x1 doesn't have that 0, but the time is in gray and hard to see, no option to make it white.

This is one of the best weather apps. I especially love the 4x1 widget with clock display. Love the customizability. But it has couple of annoying things that could make this a 5- star. The clock does not update unless you open the weather app. So it's 10:50 pm, but the clock still shows 8:32, the last time I opened the app. Also, I wish I could hit forecast, and change the setting to default to hourly instead of the extended forecast. I use hourly quite a bit, and it's just another click that I wish I didn't have to do. Also, the precipitation tab with the filled beakers seems like a waste.. what does that really tell us that we don't already see on the forecast page?

The widget does not update. Have to click on the widget so it opens the actual app at which point you get real-time info. Only then is the widget accurate, but only for that moment. It won't update. Has nothing to do with permissions, checked that first.

Works great and have used on several devices. An older version had an issue where it would not automatically update, but that seems to have been resolved. I've tried a few weather apps and keep coming back to this one. Even gladly paid to support the developer.

10/25/17 Update: I now give it a 2 star rating. Since my phone had a software update to Android 7.1.2, it no longer automatically refreshes the weather on the task bar. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. I may have switch back to another AccuWeather. It is now useless. I had purchased the full version of 1Weather.

It used to be a great app but now the widget won't refresh and you have to open the app to get the info back. The widget has a note saying this can be avoided by paying for the premium version of the app... Or you can do what I did and uninstall 1weather and install The Weather Channel app. Problem solved.

Weather icon keeps disappearing... And when it does appear the temp is displayed in white fonts. How can I get the temp to remain active on my status bar and in the blue font? Will give 5 stars once resolved

Use to love this app. Was the only weather app I had on my phone. Notifications no longer update so temp is never right. This has been happening for awhile now so no reason to not fix. Turned them off and will now be looking for a new weather app.

Great weather app. Simple and easy to use. But I've only had it 4 days and now it crashes when I try to open severe weather alerts. We are having heavy rain and wind right now and I can't read the details of the alerts it sends me without it closing down.

Great app overall. However, widget and notification temperatures are wrong, especially for "noon". Example : morning 5°C, noon 2°C (should display 15 or so), eve 8°C. Will update to 5 stars once solved !

Latest update just broke the widget. Every setting is set to black yet half of the widget remains white. I use a light background so now I can't see half of the widget. Using 1Weather Clock (large). Thanks for the quick response! Any way to make an on/off toggle for visibility of the refresh button? I feel like it really throws off the visual balance.

Too soon to know if accurate. Love the look but baffled why they'd choose the temp bar to be a thick blue line which looks like rain coming. It's distracting enough to make me use a different app. Shame.

Shout-out to the developers of this app. When there was an issue with the widgets, they reached out very quickly to resolve it and fix it. They will continue to have my support and thank you for your prompt response

Best widget anywhere, not just in weather apps. That said, I use it at 3x1 size. The windspeed and rain chance get smooshed. I'd rather keep the rain and lose the wind so it's readable.

The app seems to be malfunctioning. It is no giving notifications as it previously did unless I actually open the app. Also even when the time updates to the next hour, the temperature is not being reflected accurately.

Like so many apps that great. They continue to mess them up over time. Now the status bar temp never updates unless I actually open the app. So the most useful part, temp at a glance is useless. And judging by constant complaints I'm doing one star until they fix it. If not I'll go with one of the MANY other weather apps and find one that works.

I actually liked this app for a long time because of the HTC-like widget. But recently I discovered that the clock frequently lags behind the system clock by several minutes. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am uninstalling until this is fixed.

I've used this app for years and used to love it, but the clock widget has failed to display the accurate time for almost a year now and no one has fixed it as others have mentioned. Also the app itself has become extremely bloated and slow.

Best weather app. Love being a know it all when it comes to weather. My mom was preparing for hail because she watched our local news, and I just kept saying "what hail!? Where!?" as I was looking at the radar. There was absolutely no hail. She was frantic for nothing. And that's not the first time it's happened with other weather conditions. So much so that my mom, dad, sister call me to ask what the weather will be (even though the app is in their phone... doh!) PLEASE update your widget though, need to be able to change the color of the weather icon/symbol (cloudy, sunny, rainy) not just the color of the words. Thanks for the great app.

It's a very accurate weather app. I've downloaded so many and they were so difficult. This one is so clear and give you everything you need to know on a page. So thank you ☺

Love this app, but the clock on the widget stopped refreshing after the last update, and the 'clock tap opens...' feature only works some of the time, still using it for weather, but hoping these issues get fixed.

I haven't spent an entire day with the app yet, I just love it so much already!~ There's not many customization options, but the ones available are really good! My only solid gripe is there's no way to quickly get back to the main screen while in the app from, let's say the locations screen for example, without using your device's back button

I think it does a good job at covering all the questions. From a.m. to p.m. the weather, the wind, the humidity. Has multiple ways of looking at things and I feel well informed. I believe I will stick with this one this time... good job

Not as customizable as it used to be..! Was a pretty good app, overall. But now it seems that widgets can't be resized anymore..! Very disappointing , and now I'll be looking for a replacement. PLEASE change this!

Google Maps is not the friendliest API to work with for programmers and obviously a problem here as I can see no map whatsoever. And btw my Google Maps and Playservices are up to date.

Honestly I've tried tons of aps for weather. I love the fact that this one actually shows you a graph rather than just a bunch of words. It gives detailed information about precipitation and even has a 12 week forecast. This by far is the best weather app for an Android.

Love it. Widget is sweet. Accurate.. the 10 day is wonderful and it really updates every 15 like promised. Others I used haven't.... got storm warnings after the fact. You don't have this problem with this app

Took me forever to figure out how to be able to disable the constant notification. Found out it was the one saying something like "continuous notification" that shouldn't be on by default

Love the app and widget, been using it for years, but recently the widget (which I use on my home screen for time and weather) isn't automatically updating for some reason. I have to manually refresh it, which seems silly. Looks like other people are experiencing the same issue too. Is there a fix coming or do I need to look for another weather app? Only thing i don't like is that the clock on widget is not updating itself together with the phone. I have to press the refresh button. This sucks. Fix that and you'll get 5 stars.

It is pretty accurate when using WiFi, but it is a little hit and miss when roaming. It also lets me check the weather back home where the family by making it easy to switch between locations.????

Weather report even for the current conditions is absolutely inaccurate. It rains outside but program says some clouds, snowing outside and it says sunny, temperatures are often off by almost 10°.Nice user interface, useless to use for the weather though. I don't recommend.
