It needs just a little more to be great. There needs to be a "search by category." Also, sort by price would help. Like the website, you can't see a price until you open the page for the specific item you are looking at. If I could put in my "Home store," the app could automatically tell me if products are in stock at my local HRO. It seems like I have to drill down to each item that I want to see. This app makes it very difficult to compare similar items based on features, price, etc.

When trying to scroll down the search list or a product page, always pops back to the top of the page when I take my finger off the screen. Impossible to use.

Don't waste your time, just go to their website. Not user friendly.

I once sold radios at HRO so I'm sure this is a work in progress as it needs more than a little tweaking. Although it would employ someone full time, it needs to features all prices and offer the ability to create a price quote and print that quote. I, for one, would like to be able to present a hard copy to my other half.

Please update this app! The scroll function doesn't scroll. You can't search for a hf transceiver by Yaesu, because it says there were no records found. The website is better, and it is pretty bad itself. C'mon HRO, you can do better than this

Thought I may be able to keep a running wish list or something. Back button takes you back to home from the details of a product search. Annoying. W4JPS

Ham Radio Outlet is my go-to place for all things radio, and their mobile website is quite good. Unfortunately the app is not. It's really hard to navigate and virtually impossible to find stuff unless you know exactly what you're looking for. Use the mobile website instead.

Does not work on my tablet. Comes up with a error, then just freezes.

I used this app in their Denver store, searched for the radio I was looking right at. Search results, ZERO!

It would be very helpful to be able to browse by catagory or top sellers or other options. For now i will just use the website

It's obvious HRO wanted to get into the app market and made a valiant effort...3 years ago. Many HAMs are just getting into the hobby and a better app is needed to help them find the information they need quickly and efficiently. I was hopeful for this app as HRO is not far from my house and has a strong reputation. However, I advise users to go to the website and avoid this app until an overhaul has been done.

The app lets me log in from the auction tab, but there is no provision for ordering products from the search tab. Come on HRO you can do better.

Why no prices unless you drill to every item? Can't search by price either. Seems to not been very well thought out.

Back button basically makes it impossible to shop on the app. I love that you guys are local to me but your online presence is painful..

It doesn't have 'search by category,' which is annoying. Only search by brand or key word. Also doesn't list the price without clicking on the product's full description. Just sub par. Their website works fine on my phone, so this app is a waste.

Looks like HRO made the Auction available on the APP real time. Now I don't need to be at home or in front of my computer to bid on an Auction. I also can get driving directions with a single click - way cool.. Way to go HRO staying on top. Hope too soon see this on Apple someday. First useable app for researching product specs too.

Good catalog app for HRO. It would be nice if the phone's back button was better integrated.
