This app is quick, has neat bar charts, and great colors to visually separate info. You can add headings if youd like. I added a fuel heading because this app did not provide one. I dislike the fact that I can't have separate monthly budgets. I'm trying to spend $X/month & each month I start over, but prior months debits and salary carry over into the next month. I have not discovered how to change this, so I've opted to erase all actions from the month that just ended. This is a pain, but it's free.
Love the design & the calendar layout, just what i needed. Quite buggy though (the repeat function simply stopped working, for one). Lacking in a few key features as well like account registration. Hope to see improvements soon, this app has great potential
I just want a simple breakdown of what I spent each month per category. Maybe this app does that but I can't figure out or find instructions how. I have looked so I will just give it a one rating for now. I understand how to long tap and show each day of the month below the highlighted days of that month. Yet if I have to get pencil and paper and add each category for each day then what do I need the app for. What I need is an expense tracker.
Easy UI, customizable, non-invasive, makes saving addictive! Expences easy to track and examine. Thanks dollarbird. I'm pretty new to the app. Will I be able to enter expenses and have them repeat automatically? If not, I think it would be a great feature for this app.
Just downloaded and started using the free version. Noticed there is no option for income or to add money. This is not mentioned in the faqs. When I try to add a new category, it can only be an expense not an income or addition to the cash flow. If this was mentioned in the faqs, I wouldn't have wasted my time with the app.
Great work.... So simple. Just what I needed. UI is kind of confusing, but once you learn how to use it..... You are gonna love the simplicity. But I really need synchronization (with google would be better). I already lost all my data after an android upgrade.
I bet other apps can do this too, but Dollarbird happens to be the one that changed my life. In a matter of days I could turn the reminders off, I automatically take out Dollarbird when I spend and especially when I earn now. The detailed feedback on my account makes me save and work alot harder for what's mine :)
I love the app. I really do. Not very often i check back on something i am hoping to give money to but cant yet. But...the faq says dollarbird pro "soon"?! Its been like a year. I dont think that word means what you think it means.
The app is very efficiently laid out, making it easy to add all transactions quickly. The widget is especially useful. It's very helpful being able to see a break down of your spending over time and to see where all your money goes. I use it daily and it has helped me save and account for all my spending.
I'm a freelancer and so money comes and goes at irregular intervals. The other budget apps I have tried have been less helpful letting me manage this awkward budget. This calander method has really let me have a good idea of my cash flow at any given point. Would give 5 stars if the pro version was out, because it seems the couple extra features I want will come out with it.
This is exactly what I have been looking for! I don't need all of the fancy finance stuff, just a simple way to see what will be in my account each day based on pre-planned bills/expenses. :)
Started using the app a couple weeks ago and so far I really like it. I enjoy being able to look at the month and see the highs and lows of my spendable money and know when to adjust my spending. One flaw that scares the crap out of me is when the app suddenly skips random expenses in it's calculation and I have to reapply it. So far it's happened a few times and it gives me a false sense of security with my spending and could get me in trouble down the road. Luckily I caught the miscalculation and re-added the expense. Please fix this. Also, it would be nice to have a budge tracker so that I don't have to rely on another app for that. Other than that, I look forward to the pro version, which I hope is soon.
Long tap seem confused and buggy. Cannot add a transaction to multiple days
I really love this app but I'm getting real sick of the update release date changing all the time. I really need the multi account feature. First I was told the update would be done by July of this year, then by September of this year, then by the end of the year. Now it's "the beginning of 2017". Just getting real tired of all the wishy-washy of the release date. I understand it takes time to make major updates, but at least have a set release date that isn't changing every other week for the last year.
This app is awesome. The only thing it's missing is being able to sync across other devices so me and my husband are on the same page. Any word on when the pro version will be available again?
This is the only finance app that works for me. I don't mind that I can't sync it with a bank account cuz I'm not American. But I would love to have the pro version.
Simple design. Allows you to customise the labels. It helps in analysing where one may be spending excessively without realising. Excellent for people who want to budget their finances.
Found this app to be the best to track my spends. When creating custom labels, it would be nice to have a library of some commonly needed label icons to choose from, instead of just choosing a color for the label. For eg: if i prefer to create a custom label for 'stock market investments' , i shud b able to choose a specific icon (say an icon with a stock mkt graph or something like that)
I really like the app, but I'm missing the option to add multiple calendars (or currencies, as I'm traveling). There is no + option where I can select to add a new calendar (I'm using android marshmallow at 320 dpi)
I love this app, but I'm tired of losing my movements each time I have an issue with my phone. So I would love to get a Pro account, how can I get it?
I must say that this expense manager is an excellent one... The others are quite confusing... I
I like the idea BUT had entered some expenses before seeing in your faq that I was supposed to enter my balance first. Un-, then re-installed hoping things would be more obvious this time BUT now it says Pro?? So IS THERE A CHARGE and if so, how much? And now it's asking for log-in info I don't remember using earlier and I've apparently not guessed e-address or pass to use plus don't see where to set up if new. Am un-installing again in hopes of canceling any charges while waiting to see if I can use.
Really love the app! Have seriously needed a calendar spending tracker for quite some time. Wish that I could make more than one calendar on the current version. Any news on when the new Android update is rolling out?
This is just what I was looking for. Its a financial forecast for household income and expenditure. So easy to add to and it gives a running balance so you know if you've got enough left until payday. Would defo recommend this app.
can not add addition accounts. Instructions in the FAQ are useless. Not sure if I need to upgrade to pro account first, or what. No option to split transactions.
Helps me keep track of all upcoming bills and gives me a real up to date look at my financial balance
I've tried a half dozen or so spending tracking apps and this one is the best at letting me plan my spending in the future. It's easy to use and exactly what I've been looking for.
I have been using dollarbird for years now and absolutely love it. The only one of its kind, has helped over the years to make sure I never overspend!
There is no option to add income so it tell me I'm in debt and I'm definitely not!
Very simple to use. Very useful. Cool graphs and statistics. Export functions. Keep up the good work.
Exactly what I've been looking for! I was about to try to crack it in excel then figured someone must have already made one. Hope I can sign up for Pro.
Ajudou a me organizar, saber quanto de dinheiro terei nos dias e semanas seguintes e a analisar onde gasto mais dinheiro
Useful for people who need very basic expenses tracking. Maybe I would give it a shot if I could separate the expenses by accounts.
I am really happy with it, it is a financial life saver. The only negative is on able to log on.
When are you going to release the Pro version for Android? I mailed you a year ago telling I could help with translation to Spanish for free.
Using thiss app is possible to know how much money you will have each future day, also prfect for tracking expenses.
Really awesome intuitive app to keep track of your finances. I'm now a rich man thanks to the big dollar bird!
Tried quite a few different apps and this one does just was I was after. Would be good to be able to share the calendar though.
The app gives you a simple and accurate overview of your finances provided you are diligent in logging in your transactions. 10/10 would pay for it

This app is incredibly simple yet it's the only one of its kind I have found. It's unreal how non existent a money calendar is. The app allows me to enter my initial balance and input transactions every day. You can enter future transactions and recurring transactions. You can see an estimated balance for months in the future if you have all your regular inflows and outflows set up. The only complaint that I have is there is no desktop option.
