Caritas - Home Care

The internal Caritas application for the efficient management of patients. Home Care was designed and developed by Halcyon Mobile exclusively for the use of the Caritas nurses and social workers.

Based on a calendar framework, the Home Care app simplifies the job of the Caritas employees by giving them an instant and easy overview of their tasks. The speed of accessing patient information, as well as, the simplicity of registering a performed task, leaves employees with more time for patient care. And this is important!


Main features

- Planning future tasks and registering completed ones has never been more efficient! No paperwork needed anymore, just a couple of simple taps on a phone.

★ Calendar interface
- Using the familiar and easy-to-use framework of a calendar, Caritas nurses and social workers can plan their week in advance and make sure they get in time to everyone who needs them.

★ Prioritized overview of tasks
- Home Care displays tasks in two categories: urgent cases and regular ones, so that Caritas carers know at all times who needs them the most.


The application works offline and synchronizes locally stored data when a connection is available.
