drivers would take a lot more jobs if the costumer was encouraged to always put in their destination. i dont think me as a hailo driver and hailo costumer would argue about getting paid/paying a 2euro booking fee at heavy demand times i.e Friday and Saturday nights or big event nights for example concerts, bank holidays, Christmas...ect.....

Hi guys on 19 05 17 I did job for hailo it's was 369 Euro payed by card in the app this money never arrived in my account I try to contact hailo and my taxi but no answer from them so be were of this as taxi driver you might not get payed if the fare is in account I did 3 hrs drive from Galway to Carlow 6 people in my car and I never get payed for this job. And from now I won't ever drive for those scam companies driving for them it's like you are swiming in the sea with sharks.

Hailo is not working in Singapore but why the ad still let people to sign up in Singapore but keep on pending for six months and never get the approval.

The most difficult app u can imagine. Whoever has done it is the most "genious" person in the world

Very Good App

Left after Hailo took on PH drivers and because of their ridiculous policies like no destinations and no going home mode until you do so many jobs. Thought I'd try again. They are back in the Black cab fold again but still have the ridiculous going home mode drawback. Unlike Gett though they don't do the ridiculously priced fixed fares. Hailo could clean up if they gave destinations and a going home mode.

If drivers knew the destination before excepting a job they would be picking and choosing left right and centre. Then the service would go straight down the toilet.

As a yellow badge driver I could not survive without hailo this has gave me an extra 40% income love it

I can't call back a customer when I need to. Tryed logging out and in but to no avail. Tryed uninstalling the app and installing but no joy. But more importantly there's is no one prepared to sort it out......

If the destination was compulsory for passengers before booking can be completed so we know where their going when we accept the job just the same as radio companies tell you where the customer is going to

Halo is a great app but needs to improve if a customers books a fixed price job and then they change mind they should be able to add the next destination and should be able to write a message for the driver and the app should automatically calculate waiting times.

Gett app does none of this and gives destinations. You're over complicating things Hailo. You're acting like our boss. You came back to the trade once with your tail between your legs, carry on and you'll be doing it again!

The location of the accept button needs to be placed under the free/busy button to avoid cancelling. This looks bad on the driver and and frustrates the customer. Apart from that it's work you wouldn't have had. Also customers should put in their destination. More chance of a driver accepting your job

Halo is a great app but needs to improve if a customers books a fixed price job and then they change mind they should be able to add the next destination and should be able to write a message for the driver and the app should automatically calculate waiting times.

The app is great but whenever there is rerouting, it stops working.
