حجز تذاكر القطارات أونلاين

تتيح هذه الخدمة حجز تذاكر السفر للهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر للقطارات مكيفة الهواء الدرجة الأولى والدرجة الثانية فقط , حيث يمكن للمستخدمين دفع رسوم التذاكر إلكترونيا

خطوات استخدام الخدمة

تسجيل مستخدم جديد : بادخال بيانات المستخدم : اسم المستخدم, البريد الالكترونى,الهاتف .
الدخول الى النظام : بادخال اسم المستخدم و كلمة المرور
اختيار محطة القيام و محطة الوصول و وتاريخ السفر
فى حالة وجود مقاعد متاحة , يقوم المستخدم باختيار رقم القطار وعدد المقاعد والدرجة
إدخال بيانات الدفع المطلوبة فى شاشة الدفع بالبنك.
يقوم النظام بعرض بيانات الحجز , ويمكن طباعة البيانات كما يتم ارسالها للبريد الالكترونى للمستخدم
فى موعد الرحلة, يتوجه المستخدم للمقعد المحدد حسب القطار و العربة ورقم المقعد فى بيانات الحجز , ويقوم المستخدم بعرض بيانات الحجز للمختص فى القطار عند الطلب

Steps to use the service

    New User Registration: enter the user data: user name, e-mail, phone.
    Access to the system: enter your user name and password
    Choose the station and access to and the date of travel station
    In case of available seats, the user selects the train number and number of seats and class
    Payment required data entry screen payment in the bank.
    The system displays the booking data, and can print the data as it is sent to the e-mail user
    On the date of the flight, the user for the specified seat head by the train and trolley and seat number in the booking data, and the user displays booking data for a specialist in the train upon request
