App is constantly crashing!! And now, it stops when a shop is selected. I also think it's very mixed up, it could be much simpler and quicker if the questions were organized better. It would be nice if we could enter answers on the report as the shop is being done. We also should be able to get notifications when a shop is scheduled, even if its just a reminder on the morning of.

The app is impossible to use since the recent updates and constantly crashes in use. The app needs to be looked at properly and updates not issued until they have been fully tested. Update .... with a rating of 2.9, should something not be done to improve it as your competitors are leaving you a long way behind.

This is a clumsy attempt at a mystery shopping app. It's simply easier to use their website then this app. That being said there are times in which I don't have access to a computer so I do fill out the reports on this app. I can pretty much guarantee it will crash at least once while I'm using it so I tried to save my information as often as I can. I was really excited when Market Force released this app and have been sadly disappointed ever since they did.

This app is easier than the website. App crashes every time that I login and at the end of submitting the report. I have only had problems with one particular assignment, with a bug.

Terrible app, signed up for a shop and selected the proper location. After performing my shop and reporting it, the location had changed. The company refused payout even though all steps were followed properly and the location corrolated with the shop was wrong due to back end app programming.

This app is in desperate need of a 'find in page' option.. Scroll scroll scroll.. Trying to find the job I actually need to complete. You can't save work either, to come back to after the next job (for those who would prefer to upload job and images over wifi) MobiAudit is much better.

Love: it makes reporting easy. You can see your cpi, guidelines, address, assignment number and pay in one place. You can even see the amount you were paid or reimbursed, until it falls off. HATE: crashes. A lot. Can't sort shops by date. Can't see the times until after you accept the shop. Can't change the search criteria. There is so much potential for this app.

Buggy, crashy garbage. For some reason market force make this POS mandatory for certain assignments, which I guess is one way to get people to use it! The "assignments near me" option is fixed at 1 mile and can't be changed. Assignment notes often download a blank PDF. And they still expect perfect written English, even when it's typed on a tiny screen with predictive text!

OK, so let's mystery shop the app. First off, walking in the door, it crashes. Just about every time. And why do I actually need to log in? If someone steals my phone I absolutely guarantee this won't be the first place they'll rush to (having spoofed my fingerprint). Some locations that show online don't show on the app, it doesn't remember a default location, it could have so much more functionality... Overall distinctly lacking and a pain to use.

It's functional and great for entering reports on the go. I would love to have access to my payments on the app l. The main problem is that the app crashes quite frequently.

Poor excuse for app! Doesn't do hardly anything, and I still have to use website. Waste if effort!

What would make market force great would be to allow directions from anywhere you are. Allow outside redirection to maps. Rather than a printable map from my home. Shoppers are out doing other errands. I plans shops when I plan to be out.

They have alot of work to do on this app. Never shows new avaliable shops.

App doesn't allow you to log in. Keep getting connection problem

I used the app for the first time today. It worked with no issues. I was able to easily report my findings and upload photos. I will be using the app from now on!

Great app

Shutdown frequently in the middle of reviewing information. Wish we could submit CPIs and pictures on app. It would be uber efficient. It will allow time to perform multiple shops in one day. However, I love the idea of the app. It's good for viewing lists of shops and accessing shop detail guidelines. Concluding, I appreciate each opportunity to improve the oldest and ultimate marketing tool...EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Happy Holidays!

I like how i can access everything from the app. I rarely go to the website. I like how theres no need to print off the paperwork anymore saved time and trees. Yes i know how paper works lol. The only reason it is not a 5 from me is that it crashes everytime i use it, and sometimes it glitches to where it will allow me to put my assignment in the queue as finished but wont let me sign the CPI cause its not matked as finished. Everytime after that though it crashes and works it self out.

The app does not download all the jobs that are available. It crashes and is very slow. I always have to go back to the desktop site to enter into an agreed assignment

Easy to use. Crashes frequently but has never caused any issues submitting paperwork or applying for a shop. I love that you can do CPI's and receipts through the app now, much easier than going through the website on my phone.

Sometimes the app quits working but when it does, other than being a bit frustrating, it will work after a restart.

I enjoy using the app to enter my shops when I'm on the go. Before the app, it was more difficult to enter them through a browser on my phone. It has some quirks in which you cant see all the information about available shops, but other than that, it does the job.

This app has so much potential, but in it's current state it is useless. After reinstalling it works fine for a few days, and then suddenly, the dreaded bug reappears! It is NOT fixed! It STILL FAILS to download job notes and says contact customer support. Please, you can do better than this.

The app makes it simpler to look at the different possible shopper locations. However, it crashes frequently making the use of it all but intolerable.

This app sounded so convenient but it just made me mad. It crashed about every other time I went to open it. After a week, I uninstalled it from my Droid.

Love the idea and concept of this app. As a new shopper I loved how easy it was to use after completing my shop but it crashes often which makes me nervous when inputting info. This could easily be a five star app. Fixes definitely needed.
